The location is incredible right about the Pensacola beach and at the start of the road to go to Destin. We saw a lot of fireworks on the 4th of July !!!!

On the bright side, the room my husband and I stayed in was very clean, the free breakfast was hot and fresh with a variety of options and the staff were very friendly and helpful. I look forward to booking with this location again.

Everything was nice.

I booked on Expedia they said they had one room but when I got there they were fully booked, now I have to wait to get my 500 dollars refunded, just be cautious when booking online.

My family and I stayed here June 28th-July 1st. Pros Great location. The beach, shopping, and restaurants are nearby Comfortable beds, and the beds aren't as small as other hotel beds. .Offered room service for the entire stay .Affordable Cons . I hate to be the one to say this but we didn't get a warm welcome. When we checked in the lady at the front desk was on her phone gossiping about another coworker. Not one time did she put the phone down and greet us. Very unprofessional. .The breakfast was just okay. On the last day they finally offered a chicken susage. Pork and chicken or turkey/susages should be alternated. Not everyone eats pork. There wasn't a lot of options when it came to breakfast. However we wouldn't stay here again. Check it out yourself and be your own judge.

Wish I had the name of the lady who checked us in, but she was fantastic! Very helpful with things to do in the area. Breakfast was great! Room was clean and ac ran cold. Any staff you met in the hallways would always greet us. Location was perfect, drive across the street, park was beautiful for the sunrise over the water. Have to say hands down my best stay at a hotel ever.

We really enjoyed our stay. The hotel’s decor was updated, the free breakfast was of good quality and the staff worked hard to keep it well-stocked, and the beds were comfortable. I appreciated that the hotel was dog friendly as well. I was greeted warmly upon arrival, thanked for being a Hilton Honors member, and provided our complimentary bottled water. The hotel was conveniently located between downtown Pensacola and Pensacola Beach. I appreciated being able to walk right out the door and use the walking path to hike the scenic bridge with great water views. Would definitely stay again.

The breakfast was good. My main complaint would be it was very loud at night. Between the traffic and people loud in the hallways, slamming doors, it was some of the worst nights of sleep I’ve had. Me and my husband both kept waking up due to how loud it was inside the hotel. Also, the tiny trash cans in the rooms hold barely any trash so we would take our trash to the trash can out in the hall, but majority of the time the trash was so full people were having to stack trash beside the can. And if you’re traveling with a dog be prepared to take your dog everywhere with you. We were told we could not leave our dog in the hotel room in her crate at anytime or we would get kicked out.

We had a pleasant stay. The room was clean, comfortable, and well maintained, and the staff was friendly and welcoming throughout our visit. The breakfast had a good variety and was kept stocked, which made mornings easy. The location was convenient and parking was simple. Overall, it was a great experience, and we would stay here again.

Location and Breakfast were my favorite. The Elevator stopped working twice during my stay and it put me and my family at unease. And our room was on the 2nd floor.
