Hidden unexplained extra charges. Can’t get in touch with anyone to explain what the charge is for. Trash dumpster is uncovered and right next to the elevator, so every time you use the elevator or the door, you gag from the garbage smell. Other than that, it’s a decent hotel. Felt safe.

This was my 2nd time staying at this hotel and I really enjoyed the spacious room. We were close proximity to the beach and the music festival that we traveled for. Breakfast had different items daily. The only problem we had was the business computers were down and were not available for my husband to use.

Room had stained Carpet and bedding was kinda icky plus booked a specific room for a reason and of course over booked so we couldn’t get that room. Why allow us to choose what room we want then make it unavailable?
