Great view and cleaner then I thought it would be. would stay again Not really anything bad but the ice machine would not work and not much light in the room

Breakfast was great. Easy to get to and a great buffet.

The location is everything! The staff, in its majority, is polite. The summary is that everything is old: mattresses, mattress covers, pillows, shower curtain, and some towels have see-through areas, pretty worn out. The breakfast used to be way better; last time we visited was only 3 years ago and it had more variety. The restaurant is falling apart, and big roaches were encountered during breakfast. People were smoking weed everywhere; inside the room, we were able to smell it. It's hard to control, but it's a kid-friendly facility!

the view the door didn’t even lock properly, during the 5 night stay no one once came to clean the room, take trash out, etc… where only asked if we needed anything once and would not hand us towels until we gave the dirty ones back. do not recommend going here if you have young children. there where roaches in the bathroom overall it was just gross. very pretty view but just gross.

It was pet friendly The floors and tub were dirty. We didn't have a shower curtain or towels when we arrived and had to go to the desk because the phone did not work in the room. The beach area isn't as nice as in the photos

We enjoyed our stay at Quality Inn in Gulf Breeze...you could tell it was an older property but the rooms were just fine and the staff was nice and helpful. I did see some outside maintenance that needed to be done, but they were working on some of that. The restaurant for supper was delicious, but breakfast was fair. I liked that it had the private beach access to the bay area...we enjoyed being out there. And the pool was nice too. I was looking for a quiet relaxing weekend and that is what I got.

No elevator. Rooms was run down. Didn't feel safe. Photos on website are not what the rooms looked like. Upon entering the room it was very dirty and smelled bad

Great views, and the breakfast was good The beach was small and they only had a minimum amount of chairs. They never put towels out by the pool. They only cleaned the rooms Tuesday and Thursdays. The room had not been updated in years. Popcorn ceilings, drywall repairs not painted to match the room, slow draining shower and I paid the extra money to get a room with a view. My view consisted of a window with moisture and cloudiness in between the 2 plains of glass. We came back to the room at one time and when we opened the door screws had fell from the lock onto the floor.

Only thing I can complain about is I paid for a nonsmoking room and the entire stay, outside and inside our room smelled really bad of marijuana. Not very appreciated when you have a toddler.

ONLY GOOD LOCATION AND FRIENDLY STAFF SIZE OF THE ROOM, VERY TIGHT SPACE ,VERY OLD FACILITY, BATHROOM NOT WORKING WEEL, THE TUB WAS CLOGGED , PEOPLE SMOKING , THE HALLWAYS NOT CLEAN, THE AC DID NOT DID NOT FUNCTIONED PROPERLY, ROUGHED TOWELS,DUSTY CURTAINS. WHAT THEY SELL ON PICTURES ONLINE IS NOT THE REALITY .

I didn't like getting charged almost 300 a night and didn't check in, but was charged 300 twice per room extra on weekend. The booking stated pay at desk when in person. I was forced to stay for the price paid expectation was a lot higher never ever will use quality inn again simply. Motel feel and smells like smokers everywhere. The pools were okay and private beach side was good.

Pleasant

I stayed one night. Got up went out side around 1130 pm people doing drugs and selling drugs next door. I didn’t feel safe at all. I want a refund for the for the last 3 nights I didn’t stay.

There were cracks in the walls, you could hear the people through the vent in the bathroom whose room was behind ours. We only went to breakfast 1 morning and the choices were limited. The only person working was on her phone when we walked in, didn't greet us, we got our choices and walked back out to which I said "thank you have a nice day" and she didn't even look up from her phone, and no response. I asked the hotel to give us a credit for the bugs and they gave me the "you have to talk to the manager who isn't in until tomorrow speech". If we ever go back to Pensacola, we will not stay there. It's time to do some major renovations to the hotel. We ended up leaving a day early because I didn't want to stay there anymore. And we didn't get a credit for checking out early. The only good thing was the lady behind the desk in the evening. She was polite and very nice.

Furniture was a little bit worn but the room was clean with a fridge and a microwave. Every in the room worked. Overall a nice stay for the price.

I have stayed here several times nothing but kindness and the bay view is a picture perfect only complaint is there is some things on the property that could be fix and cleaned up
