Quality Inn & Suites Gulf Breeze Bayside near Pensacola Beach

Outdoor bar. Bartender Mason was great Old and had the feeling of dirty. Pool was green. Restaurant manager was not friendly and smug.

Very quiet place for relaxed vacations

Nothing. Absolutely nothing. Everything. In our room we found: a front door that barely closed, stained towels, filthy toilet covered in hair, everything metal in the bathroom rusted, wildlife in different corners of the room, water leaks at the front door, curtains stained and torn, all the furniture was way beyond usable. Outside out room: sewer gas smell all around the property, a pool that was neglected, exposed electrical wires, structural damage, sub-standard patch work in the hallway ceilings, hundreds if not thousands of ants by our parking spot, stagnant water in the walkways.

I enjoyed the Bayview. Hotel conditions and amenities were as expected for the price of this hotel. The staff were great. Nothing was brand new but everything worked.

The hotel has a beautiful view of the Bay the pool is very good and clean great view from the pool Pensacola Beach is 5 to 10 minutes away. The restaurant at hotel was good the breakfast in the morning not so great after 1st day went to waffle House. Very quiet Monday through Thursday. Clean room

Room was clean, nice pool with beach access was great for the kids, could use a little updating in rooms/bathrooms. But for the price and location we would choose this hotel again.

Na Rooms were too small & outdated

Bathtub needs to be replaced. (Seriously), The whole room needs to be refurbished. The coffee pot hadn’t been emptied but the AC worked fine. We left a day early just for the noise outside our door or upstairs.We paid for 2 days housekeeping and never got a knock on the door. Would not stay again and I say that nicely.

The property was at a good location not too far from restaurants, beach, and shopping The room was not cleaned good. The bathroom was nasty, barely any shampoo, and no tissues ( it was an empty box), and old food was left in the fridge. The representative at the front desk wasn’t rude but definitely did not have a friendly personality

Our wallets were stolen as well as liquor, bags, my DEODORANT, and other things. Do not recommend. It was horrid.

Was a cute location, the bay area with the little mini beach makes you feel like you're not at a motel. So cute, rooms were typical just an average room nothing special. They do offer free breakfast which is always a plus! Didn't get a chance to go, but there is a restaurant right next door (literally) and it seemed like it was busy so maybe worth checking out!
