Quality Inn & Suites Gulf Breeze Bayside near Pensacola Beach

This was the worst experience. I wasn’t expecting a 5 star resort but nothing prepares me for this dump. The housekeeping only cleans on Tuesday’s and Thursday’s which we were told. Even after questioning daily why we weren’t getting clean towels and having to request new ones. The staff is so unfriendly and unhelpful. No outlets in our room worked. The rooms aren’t just outdated, they are dirty, unkept…bathroom rusted, light switches missing or doesn’t work, etc. This was so disappointing

This was my 2nd time staying there in the last 4 years. My family and I enjoyed it. If I were to complain about anything then it would be that we had to fight with the door to get it open more times then not, the toaster needs replacing, it is a double toaster but the left side doesn't work and you have to be extra careful when trying to dig the toast out of the right side. Also, the pot they put the gravy in needs to be replaced because the lid does not stay put. When you go to lift it on what is suppose to be the opening side, the other side falls into the gravy. They should just use a crock pot with a removal lid that has a stand to sit it on while you get some out, to keep the gravy heated in. I highly recommend having the utensils sitting in a container of water sometimes the utensils were directly on the counter and other times sitting on a small stand. Other than that, I love this hotel. The view is absolutely beautiful. The pool is very nice. The front desk staff were nice and very helpful.

During my stay, the beach area was dirty and appeared not to have been cleaned or maintained properly. In addition, the windows were so covered with buildup and grime that it was difficult to see outside. These conditions made the stay unpleasant and far below the expectations created by the hotel’s advertised photos.

Todo muy bien , menos el baño , la tina del baño estaba muy deteriorada, y no tenía cortinas el baño , sugiero que si van a tener ese costo , todo debe estar impecable, hay que darle mantenimiento a lo que esté roto , como la tina del baño .

Friendly staff, great location. Beach access. Pool was absolutely great. And I love that it had a restaurant on sight. Food was fabulous

Room was small but ok. Pool was closed 2 of the 3 days we stayed. Wasn’t too much to the breakfast. I would however stay again because the view is amazing and you are very close to Pensacola beaches.

We stayed here for 4 days and I did like the location. It was right on the bay and a short drive to the beach side. The pool was also great and my kids loved it. But, the key cards to get into your room rarely worked. I even had them replaced, with new cards, and those didn't work most of the time. We would slide the card into the lock countless times hoping for it to work. And it wasn't just us, I saw many guests with the same problem. Just standing outside for 5 minutes hoping to get lucky. The restaurant/bar is only open certain days. Our tub also would fill up with water when showering and the last day there our sink drain broke and we had to hold up the drain when using the sink. There is a breakfast in the morning, not great but typical free breakfast.

This was a really good place to stay. good views. The building was a little bit outdated and the bathrooms could use some love, but overall it’s a great experience. A good value for what we paid. The hotel restaurant and bar was also really great.

Room had mold and water damage. Was not able to stay and had to checkout immediately.

It is an older building but has been updated and maintained well. It is a beautiful location right on the bay, very nice swimming pool, and private beach. Easy to get to. Room was clean, bed was comfortable, staff was courteous and helpful. We would stay here again.
