They gave me a room with extreme moisture issues, mold and mildew. The room was out of order and they put us in it anyway.

The property was shady. The bathroom was dirty and was hair in the bath tub. The towels and pillows were dirty. Not worth the money that we paid. We were passing through and just needed a place to sleep for a few hours. When we brought up the dirty bathroom and they blamed humidity. The staff didn’t take my issue into consideration and had an attitude instead of trying to make things better.

The room was extremely musty smelling. The bathroom floor was wet and very humid. I did ask for a different room and they accommodate immediately. The next morning I was trying to check out and the poor young lady was not able. She was new and had to call someone to assist her. I waited for about 45 minutes and finally left. She told me she would check me out. I did get a receipt later on that day around 3pm. Will avoid this hotel when passing through Gulfport.

The staff was amazingly helpful. However counter in the vanity was dirty and stained, hairs in the shower before we used it, cockroaches ran out from the coffee pot.

The room and hallways smelled of mildew. Our bathroom floor and bed stayed damp from condensation

The manager I had a different experience. I had to talk with the manager over charges on my card. He assured me the charges would drop off up after checkout since they were in pending status. My card was charged 2 days BEFORE I checked in and AGAIN when I checked out, PLUS incidentals (which there were none). When I called the hotel, I spoke to a woman (not Jessica) who basically said the charges on my card was correct and that I need to contact Expedia. After contacting Expedia and showing them the multiple charges on my card, they opened an investigation to contact the manager. Ive booked through Expedia before and NEVER had my card charged 2 days before checking in🚩 when I chose to pay at the hotel AT CHECK-IN. As for the hotel, it needs upgrades. The first floor/lobby was clean; inviting; breakfast buffet was mostly stocked. The second floor smelled 'wet'; the third floor had the diffuser going, but Im wondering what smell is was covering. The elevator was down a couple of times; the stairs smelled like pee and the lights flickered like something out of a scary movie. On the up side, the sheets were clean. Overall, I will not recommend this hotel to anyone unless they're in a really tight spot and need a place to sleep for no more than a day, but the price for the hotel is not worth the condition its in.

The worker portrayed excellent customer service. The only reason I gave it a 10. The breakfast was ok and hot. Yes the mildew smell through out the hotel the dark brown stains on the carpet. The dirty mattress cover. The dirt and dust behind the tvs .The rust inside the fridge. The mildew stains on the ceiling. Must I go on.

My daughters and I stayed here for 1 night on Saturday, May 23rd. The room was clean, and I don’t have any complaints. The hotel staff were very welcoming. There were 2 guys that were extremely helpful…. I assume one was a maintenance guy & the other seemed to likely have a manager role. They were very kind and went out of their way to make sure I had what I needed. The front desk clerk at check-in was also very nice. I truly appreciated the simple acts of kindness. I am in Gulfport of teen, and I will book here again.

Room was ok. Really good. Tv was horrible. Flickering off and on.
-
Our window was covered in what appeared to be excessive amounts of semen, elavator broke, pool closed, my Expedia receipt said there was a pullout sofabed, receptionist said they had no rooms with a pullout sofabed. Had to ask for a roll of toilet paper from front desk. TV was bike in room, asked receptionist to move us, said try another HDMI setting, didn’t work.

Will not stay at this property again.
-
Breakfast All the above, I ended up moving room 3 times. The last room was just me settling without asking for a full refund. Safety was an issue and it seems like they are just holding on. Someone needs to do a real inspection and suggest much needed upgrades.
