Room smell bad

Place was ok about a 3 out of 5 but the water was brown. This was the main reasons they should've given me a free 3 week stay. Toilet barely flushed. But brown water though wa tough

I accidentally put the wrong dates on our reservation and this is like day #4 at this property.The only Id I could find was the one with my married last name on it at the moment.so he held me up for at least 30 mins because he wouldn’t take my I.d with that last name by the way is still valid bc it didn’t match name on the reservation. So it took me 30 minutes to find my id with my maiden name on it so it would match the reservation.by the time I got Expedia on the phone it’s 12:00 so after I get them on the phone ( a human ) and figure out that I accidentally put the wrong dates on the dam reservation after the fact of him harassing the hell out of me about my last name not matching my I d which I get but come on man.not only is there a tropical storm about to make landfall real soon but I literally have everything I own with me everywhere I go and my dog!!!! Then he hits me with well now I have to charge you a $40 late check in fee ???? Wow…. Cold hearted

The lady at the front desk,was not friendly at ALL,the pillows are small,shower barely had hot water

Came here checked in paid for the room paid a deposit made a pet friendly reservation mind you then after I paid was told I couldn't stay there with my dogs even though ive stayed other times with them I guess the front desk lady didn't like my pitbull mix she wasn't friendly then when they gave me a refund Im still waiting on i had to find alternative housing with almost no money like for real you take my money instantly but can't give it back for 7 to 10 business day smh anyways don't book a room here if you have pets they are extremely mean rude & not pet friendly as stated online.

We got there Friday room had a bad smell woke up Saturday to water coming through tiles on the floor when I called the front seat I was told they had no other rooms to move us to it was before check out on Saturday so we were told we needed to checkout then that they would refund the money for Saturday night the water that was coming through the tiles smelled like waste water we had a terrible experience won’t stay there again manager leaves a lot to be desired I don’t understand how you put a paying guest out early for the hotels rooms having problems and not being maintained DO NOT STAY HERE

The staff was very attentive and very helpful. But, the beds were HORRIBLE. I woke up this morning and went to get breakfast. I came back to my room and I set down in the bed. Something in the bed caught my eye and I pulled back the top cover. It looked like blood or bowels spots on it. And then I flipped one of the pillows over, and it was 2 very strange spots...I can't say what it looked like but this is very unacceptable!

The rooms was dirty it had a nasty smell to them sheets had holes and blood on them it had spider webs in the corners tubs was dirty and the bath towel had hair on them the air conditioning didn’t work we just up and left and when somewhere else for the night because I had a newborn baby and kids with me

It was okay the rooms was clean and thats all that matters

It was acceptable, clean and they allow pets. We needed to stay where our pets can stay also.

( weird). The Furniture is outdated and quite worn/ scraped. And the shelving & fridge could have used a more thorough cleaning/ dusting. Hallways were pretty clean, staff was excellent, and surprisingly it was pretty quiet for an upper room next to the stairwell. I didn’t utilize the breakfast offered in the lobby.

Room has no soap. The front desk staff was not cooperative. The room lamp was dirty. Bathroom has spider in the tub. Bathroom commode with directly and not cleaned.

Breakfast options were better than expected and did include a few hot foods.

Good clean no frills motel. Very comfortable.
