    It was acceptable, clean and they allow pets. We needed to stay where our pets can stay also.

    ( weird). The Furniture is outdated and quite worn/ scraped. And the shelving & fridge could have used a more thorough cleaning/ dusting. Hallways were pretty clean, staff was excellent, and surprisingly it was pretty quiet for an upper room next to the stairwell. I didn’t utilize the breakfast offered in the lobby.

    Room has no soap. The front desk staff was not cooperative. The room lamp was dirty. Bathroom has spider in the tub. Bathroom commode with directly and not cleaned.

    Location Dry blood shown on comfort. Microwave didnt work. Took hours for A C to circulate. Floors slippery, left and came back still slipping.

    Restaurants is nearby I want to say it’s so much to complain about with this hotel, it ridiculous! First off I was told I couldn’t have any managers or boss contact information to put in complaints. The front desk worker specifically morning shifts for 06-25—06-28 was very rude. Anything I requested as far as towels also requiring on breakfast items that was gone by 8:00 those mornings, she stated she wasn’t allowed to make morning and that she couldn’t keep running back there to make them accommodating out of town guest! The whole experience was unprofessional

    Didn't like anything about it except location. Check in guy rolled his eyes at me because I was having a hard time understanding him. The room was filthy. Roaches in the room, build up of dirt on baseboards. Visible roach poop on fridge. Yes the room was cheap but not worth the shock of how filthy the room was. We arrived around 330 am so we didnt bring any of our belongings in and left as soon as we opened our eyes that morning.

    I booked my stay on expedia.com well in advance. On the day of my travel, I hit construction traffic in Texas and Louisiana and knew that I would get in late. I called the property and informed the front desk of my late arrival, offered to go ahead and secure my room with a credit card for the night and was told by the staff it was not necessary. However, I arrived at 3:10 in the morning due to severe traffic, congestion, resulting from the ongoing construction on highway I 10 when I arrived at the front desk, I was told by the staff member on duty that because I was not inside the building and had not secured my room by 3 AM that my reservation had been canceled. She offered me my same room at nearly double the price as my Expedia rate and said it was because I was now checking in on a Friday instead of Thursday when I informed her that I had spoken to the front desk earlier, she told me that there is something called schedule, wiping or reservation, wiping that happens in hotels, whose guests don’t show up by 3 AM. I asked her if there was anything she could do and she told me that I could take it up with Expedia at a later time but that if I wanted my same room, it would cost me double the rate that I had negotiated with Expedia. I left and went down the street to another establishment to sleep for six hours, I have never been so insulted by a hotel staff and felt so dejected as an Expedia customer as I did by the red roof inn.

    Dirty room. Airplanes shook the room every 3 minutes. Random homeless people everywhere and just a whole bunch of people standing around for no reason. Felt like I was going to get robbed any second.

    Everyone was so polite and respectful. It was clean not my clean but clean.it didn't have a microwave but that was fine. The only real complaint I have is the strong smell of Marijuana when I go to check.

    1. No microwave in the room 2. Sink leaked underneath cabinet. 3. Everymorning when I get ready to check out I walk outside and I get slapped in the face with the strongest Marijuana smell. It makes me sick to my stomach. Its been like that everymorning not just once but everytime.
