everything seemed clean When I walked in to check in there were 2 ladies working the desk. One on the phone and the other just staring at her computer. the computer lady looked at me but did not acknowledge me. The lady on the phone got off and computer lady turned to her and said will you check her in I can't get logged in. She could have addressed me and told me she was having issues but instead ignored me. I did not like that. Also did not like at breakfast was an additional fee. the cost of the room should have included it. $13.99 is high for breakfast.
