Holiday Inn Gulfport Airport by IHG

This was a very nice hotel. Only thing I hated was it did not offer complementary breakfast, you had to pay $12 to eat at the breakfast bar. It should have been complementary like most hotels. We left and ate else where.

People were really nice and helpful but the bathroom door was jammed and kept getting stuck it was hard for our kids to open and close the door to use the restroom

Room was cleaned but bathroom need some serious upgrades! For what I paid i would rather have a decent bathroom

This is a great place to stay. Room was very large with regular seating in addition to the bed. Bed and chair were very comfortable. And the buffet breakfast was FANTASTIC!

The elevator was working when we carried all our stuff to the sixth floor checking in then the elevator stopped working we had to walk down 6 flights stairs to eat dinner and come back up 6 flights to our room. The next morning when we were checking out the elevator was still not working and we are old and I just had hip surgery 2 months ago so we couldn’t carry everything down. We walked down for breakfast and the night manager had no answers to how they were going to handle the luggage issue for guests. Then day manager Meyesha said she would get some help and her, night manager, and a kitchen worker came up to help us carry luggage down. We got everything ready and they got lucky because as we were heading for stairs the elevator workers got the elevator running so we were able to get down. Meyesha was the only problem solver and she was willing to work herself.

Driving up to the hotel, I was thinking the area was so-so. However, everyone we ran into was super friendly, even the other guests. Super kind staff, always friendly. Only downside was that one of the elevators is not functioning so one elevator is carrying all six(?) floors. It was located just a few minutes from the outlet malls and pretty much every other thing we were interested in doing. Didn’t trek more than 20 minutes to get anywhere. I thought it being so close to an airport would make it noisy, and don’t get me wrong it can be, but we never had a problem with it at night while we were trying to sleep. Very solid stay.

Clean room, very nice. The staff were helpful and courteous. The shuttle drivers were fantastic. Located in a convenient location. Great place to stay.

The bar was great and the room was really clean and the staff were really friendly and very responsive and helpful when we had questions or requests. Overall a 10/10

The room was very clean and cold. The staff was very nice and helpful. The television didn't work in my room, and a maintenance man just happened to be in the room next door. I asked if he could look at it. He checked it and fixed it within minutes. The breakfast was great, and the morning restaurant staff were super nice.

Nice hotel with friendly staff and a great shuttle service from the airport.

This is where I’m always comfortable when I visit the Gulfport. It’s relaxing and I feel very safe on this property. I will always make this place my first choice when visiting.
