I loved it. This was my 2nd time staying there. I’m from Birmingham, Al so it was worth the drive over. I will stay there everytime I come

Overall our stay here was good and our room was very clean. We did have a couple of complaints and that’s the reason for four stars. The pool had a ton of hair in it. Multiple times I had hair stuck to me and getting caught on my ring. When we checked in we were given room keys and they worked but the room had sleeping people in it. So that was less than ideal but I understand accidents happen.

Stay very friendly and attentive..The property feel like a private Oasis...We had a wonderful stay...Hot breakfast was like a cherry on top..I will definitely return and recommend to friends and family...

Property is rundown and my refrigerator did not work and the staff did not care. They haven’t fixed.

Staff great. There was an overly drunk guy in the waiting area and I was mortified, he was being very obnoxious. The room was ok. I didn’t like that the window covers u could see outside and inside the room. The door lock didn’t not stay locked I made sure I put bags in front of it to make sure the door would stay closed. I would not stay here again. And the “security” or the place u could access everything without a key.

Staff was very friendly. Rooms were clean yet the carpet needs to be updated and our AC unit made an awful noise. Location is good near shopping, restaurants and not far from the coast.

The breakfast was very nice. The rooms were not very clean. There was hair in the tubs / showers and sinks - hairs that did not belong to us. The hairs were there upon our arrival, toe nail clippings in the carpet / bathroom - which if the rooms had been properly vacuumed or swept/mopped they would not have been there. A request was put in for one of our rooms to be cleaned properly. The ice machine on the second floor was not working. I understand repairs have to be made but it is in the heat of the summer right now and ice is needed. Overall the stay wasn't bad, just the cleanliness could have been better. The check in process was good - no issues there.

We stayed for 2 nights. The staff was very nice and helpful. Our beds were clean and comfortable. The wall airconditioner rattled a lot and was noisy which made it a little hard to get to sleep. Its not a hotel I would typically pick but it was a last minute trip/reservation and the best available. Im very particular but thought the bathroom floor could have been cleaner and it did have a bit of a stale odor. I did not have any safety concerns.

We really appreciated the hospitality and excellent customer service.

Anybody can just show up and swim people smoking weed i didn't pay to stay there and bring my child there to swim to be knock out with the weed smell kids there swimming without adapts and not even staying there the rooms was great the breakfast was great I called the front desk about the weed smell and was told the graud would be 2 hours before they could come out and nothing was done

Holy moly, this is one of the nicest hotels I have ever stayed in! So clean! Staff was very friendly and helpful. Beds and pillows were comfortable. They also have security so your stuff is safe if you’re traveling like us and don’t want to bring everything in and out! 10/10 would stay here again if we ever came back to the area! Very impressed!

Breakfast was average. Looked like a nice pool but I did not use it.

A little older but a really nice place to stay, especially if you don’t make plans and need a last minute reservation
