Clean room, helpful staff, glad to have laundry facilities!

Rooms are small but have great amenities. The breakfast is good. Staff was friendly, attentive. There was a smoke odor in the room that we didn't care for.

We were pleasantly surprised at how much we liked this hotel. We were only staying one night, but will definitely stay here again anytime we come back. The location was good, the staff were great, the room was clean & comfortable, and the breakfast was fantastic!

We found this hotel not long ago. IT IS OUR GO TO PLACE whenever we come to the Mississippi Gulf Coast in the Gulfport area. Our room is always well prepared, the staff are SOOOOO helpful and friendly, and breakfast is good meeting our needs to get the day started. We haven't used laundry facilities, but nice to know they are available. If we ever stay for a number of days, we'll find out how good the laundry facilities are and let you know. I give this property a 10 out of 10 for excellence! Looking forward to our next visit!

You can tell the hotel is working hard to improve the property. The room was very clean, the lobby was nice, the breakfast was good, and the new landscaping looked great. The staff was also very friendly, and I honestly had one of the best nights of sleep I have had in a hotel in a long time. Where I struggled was feeling comfortable with the location and overall surroundings. The property has more of a motel-style setup, with the room doors opening directly to the outside. Although it is conveniently located close to I-10, the surrounding area felt a little questionable, particularly when walking to and from the room. There were also times when some of the activity around the property made me feel uncomfortable. That is difficult to factor into a review because much of it may be outside the hotel’s control, and it is clear they are making improvements. I really wanted to love this property because the room itself, the staff, and the sleep quality were excellent. Unfortunately, I am just not sure I would personally feel comfortable staying here again because of the exterior-entry setup and surrounding area.

Room smelled like mildew. Common area was noisy. Someone smoked outside our room and the air conditioner pulled the smell inside. Breakfast was great. Staff was nice and probably would have moved us to another room if we would have asked.

I was hesitant to book Best Western, however once I got there I realized this place was amazing. The breakfast buffet is delicious and food is so fresh. The place is clean. The rooms were completely modern and clean.

Room was clean, and breakfast was great. Getting housekeepers to clean the room and they didn’t give you enough time to get dress and leave the room, because they stated that they had left for the day.

Always a good place to lay down and sleep, except for our neighbors who were in and out till 2 AM. I guess no one told them not to slam the door shut! Other than that great.

The air conditioner wasn't working properly. The floors, the shower and toilet were dirty.
