Seemed like the ice machine was kinda far. We enjoyed our stay.

Everything was very nice and comfortable. Clean, great accommodations. Could’ve had more towels in the room but some were made available to me.

La habitación muy limpia. No me gustó que tuve que cambiar de cuarto porque el microondas y el refri no estaban en condiciones óptimas de uso No había shampoo en la ducha. Mala atención de una recepcionista llamada Latonya . Detalles en el comedor como de algunas empleadas usando celular en horas de trabajo y muy ruidosas por cierto . Eso fue el 2 do día de mi estadia. El resto del personal y la manager han resuelto y cumplido mis expectativas . Felicitaciones a la Manager, a los housekeepers Brandy y Barry. Y a las dos señoras del comedor el día 30 de Agosto. Excelencia de servicio.

Everything about the property is great

2)Refrigerator/freezer was "leaking" and leaving the tile floor wet. 3) maid service never cleaned under the metal plate covering the shower drain. It was full of hair and accumulated residues.

Exceptional

The room was clean. The toilet seeped therefore filling the tank every 40 minutes. Nice breakfast with eggs, sausage, biscuits & grits. Didn’t use the pool because it was too crowded. The walls were very thin, you could hear everything in the next door. We will shop around for a little better place next time.

I wound have given 5 stars but they desperately need to clean carpets. They were sludgy feeling because they weee saturated in dirt. Other than that. The breakfast except. The pool area was beautiful and clean! Staff were so friendly. Our room ac was sent working and they traded us out in a matter of 5 mins. Great property!!!

Room was very clean. Breakfast was good but would like to see the iron waffle maker. They only had waffles for the toaster. Nice size pool with large jacuzzi

I knew this property years ago and could not believe how much it has been upgraded. Maybe not 5 stars like some destination locations but 5 stars for the money and amenities

The pool didn’t open on time on Sunday morning. After opening, we saw the pool itself was filthy and the surrounding patio areas were also dirty, including cigarette butts, empty alcohol cans, a bloody bandage, and several random pieces of trash. Cool on Saturday was amazing and clean. Maybe shortstaffed not sure but one of the main reasons we stayed there was because of the pool and we didn’t even use it on Sunday.
