Quality Inn Gulfport I-10

Clean room at back of motel, too far to walk for any reason, breakfast I could never get to the front of motel. Very disappointing for a disabled veteran!

Everything was nice except the sofa bed was broke I reported it twice nothing was done about it and my kids had to sleep on the mattress on the floor

The room smelled so bad due to the old carpet and it was damaged. Appliances were rusty. Computer desk chair was ragged. There was another chair in the room that was so dirty.

Too bad. Had to vacate in 30 mins

Basic but clean with friendly staff and good breakfast. WiFi was quite slow but pool and fitness center were nice.

My only issue was I was on the 3rd floor but there was an elevator so no biggie.

Broken lock on the first room. Dirty sheet in the second. I’ll pass

The place is conveniently located next to I-10. But the property was not great with smell...

The property is old and stuff..It served it purpose but I wouldn't want to stay any longer than one day due to mold and dampness....

I had to get refunded i drove 2hrs to get a room 207 with no cold water to take a bath ALL HOT and the toilet was leaking water when we flushed it I called the front desk the first time I was told thier was nothing she can do about it second call she can move me to another room which is ok I was moved to room 255 gets thier door open room was filthy / half clean trash on the sides of the beds no pillow cases remote was missing batteries the first room was WAY better only no cold water called her 3rd time then she decides to give a refund my husband and I drove 2hrs back home we always stay at this hotel worst experience ever didn't get to enjoy our stay

The pool Nothing

The room had a little smell not so nice and the bed was very uncomfortable and I think I was bitten my bed bugs Nothing was out early that morning never slept

The safety The parking

The room had bugs on the bed the carpet was soaked and they bleached the room I’m assuming to kill the odor. I didn’t stay I got a refund

The staff were welcoming and helpful The room needed to be renovated but it was clean

Staff was helpful. Room was good for the price.

Pool The cook was very rude. Very ugly. We got there for at 8:30. Told us what they had out was what you get the breakfast clothes at nine. The manager told her you have to cook until the guests are all done. They had about six other people came in after us I five children with me two adults. She even told another guest with my daughter, standing right there that she did not wanna go to jail.

The bathroom door wouldn’t close No cord to the telephone Couldn’t get extra towels they said they didn’t have any available

Small tv. Not many channels, outside and inside of place could use a major uplift. Stairwell outside by pool smelled of urine.
