This Hotel needs to be closed down and renovated. Hotel in terrible shape inside, carpet, walls, ceiling, etc. We had to wait for towels to be washed for two days. The pool was green and finally closed for the rest of our stay. The only area that was decent was the lobby, breakfast area, food was okay.

Pool was cloudy not taken care of, I wanted 2 queen but gave me a king, need a refresher.

The hotel was gross and nasty. Everything was rusted and dirty. Nothing was maintained and there were roaches outside my door. Never Again!!!!

The room I had was on the second floor next to a elevator that didn't work. This was an inconvenience since I had a small child in addition to luggage. The entry door to the room was stuck or jammed. We nearly had to force the door open this made leaving and re-entering difficult. There was even an instance with answer customer stated the door has always been that way and she assisted with opening it.

The first thing I noticed was the hotel’s convenient location. Gulfport is known for its beautiful beaches, seafood restaurants, shopping centers, and entertainment, and Quality Inn is close to many of these attractions. It is only a short drive from the beach, making it easy to spend the day enjoying the Gulf of Mexico before returning to the hotel to relax. The hotel is also near Interstate 10, which makes getting around the city simple whether you’re traveling for business, visiting family, or taking a weekend vacation. Checking in was a smooth experience. The front desk employee greeted me warmly, answered my questions, and had my room ready without a long wait. After spending hours on the road, that kind of efficiency makes a great first impression. The staff members I encountered throughout my stay were polite and professional. Whenever I had a question or needed assistance, they responded with a positive attitude, which helped create a welcoming atmosphere.

This hotel was awful. I thought I was doing a good thing by choosing this hotel because of the price as I was trying to save money while traveling to get to my vacation destination. I did not feel very safe because there were people that were hanging out in their doorways, eyeballing us and smoking cigarettes were. It was disgusting to see used Q-tips scattered throughout the property & trash just about every corner you would turn. The room smelled like smoke so bad it was hard to not focus on it. I was grossed out. My recommendation is spend another $20-$30 a night and stay somewhere else. Unless you’re needing a fix for drugs.

Service and staff was helpful. Everything was cleaned. Only trouble we did run into was a problem with the WiFi

Close to all kinds of food. Easy to get to room. Had a hard time getting internet to work. Corners in the bathroom were a little dirty.

People (non guest) from off the street was coming in eating the breakfast. Non guest using the pool. The rooms very outdated. The room smelled of chlorine. The carpet was filthy! Didn’t feel safe.
-
The beds were very hard , the carpets had stains all over the rooms was stinky smelling
-
The bathroom sink was clogged and the room needed dusting and mattress pads where stained bad on one of the beds.the out side looked bad sidewalk where filthy and trash over running in the trash by the hotel after the cleaning staff left

Not able to use the pool, people were sitting in groups in the parking lot drinking, eating, sitting in lawn chairs in open parking paces. The pool was so full of people, it was dangerous to let our small children get in it. The next morning the outside area was littered with fast food containers. Our room was dirty and had bugs in the beds. The other guests in neighboring rooms allowed their young children to room around outside up and down to walkway past midnight. We felt unsafe all night!

Disappointed the pool was closed for maintenance- I booked a stay for my hubbys birthday and he was looking forward to using the pool since the gulf was full of bacteria. Would like to make my own waffle for breakfast and not have breakfast lady make it for you. No toast or bagels for sausage and egg.

Was not my best idea. The first room had blood on the sheet, comfort, a bad smell and the phone didn't work. Called the office and they switched us down stairs. Same room type no blood and the room smelled decent. Phone still didn't work. The maids/ room service didn't clean room or restock towels the 3 days we were there. Weed smell was horribly strong. Had ants on the counter. Looked like someone took a poop outside, cleaned it with a washcloth and left it at the gate. Around the corner from our room. Looked like homeless ppl were bathing in the pool. Let's just say we will not be back.
