The peace I didn't have at the place I was before But I haven't received a discount for my toilet being broke the first 3 weeks

Location was convenient and easy to access My original reservation was canceled before I checked in causing me to have to wait 4 hours for another room. The rooms are non smoking yet I get a bed with cigarette burns on the blanket and skates. WiFi never worked and since I had to stay for 2 weeks, I ended up paying for internet through my phone company. Everyday they wanted to enter the room for “maintenance” it’s inconvenient to be on vacation and woken up everyday at 8AM

Roach and rat infestation. Bad management. No check in after 7 pm . Was the worse experience of my life. Homeless every where and drugs. This place should be shutdown. Had my car broke into while we stayed there. Police would not even come because of gang violence…

Parking was good. Building needed a lot of repairs

People and the office was nice Next door people had the outside smelling like fish

I didn’t like how the situation was handled. It was very disrespectful and unprofessional.

I made a weekly reservation online through hotels.com and went to the office to check in and then they tell me they had no rooms available even though I had a reservation. I then try to cancel my reservation and hotels.com would not cancel it and then the hotel still charged my card. Never again and not to mention when I first pulled in the parking lot three police cars are on the property.

They didn't honor my reservation They didn't honor my reservation and charged $39.39 to my credit card.

I didn’t stay at the property because they gave my room to someone else and nothing else available. Won’t respond to anything about my refund for a 7 night stay that didn’t happen.

Nothing The entire stay I kept telling them the stove didn’t work never fixed it. I left my keycard in the room accidentally the property manager was drunk and rude. I will not recommend this place to anyone and demanded a fee to open the door
