Everything was great from the room to the staff.

Some of the rooms need to be updated. There was no towel rack on the back of the bathroom door. Pull out sofa had cut/tears in the pillow and the refrigerator was not cooling.

The check in staff was very rude. We had used Hotels.com and we were only given one room and charged for two. The staff member was very condescending. She didn’t really want to help.

The rooms were clean, the bed was comfortable, the staff was friendly, and the breakfast was delicious. My only complaint would be that there was some type of motor noise humming on and off throughout the night. I am not sure what it was, but it made it hard for me to fall asleep. I would stay here again. The location and price made it convenient.

Room was average, Cleanliest was Poor, Floors Dirty, Bathroom Dirty, Towels Counted and NEVER Enough, Pull Out Sofa Sleeper Dirty and Bed Ware had to be Requested. Fitted Sheets (Sofa Sleeper) Dirty and Torn, could only receive 1 Blanket (2 Sleepers), King Bed Sheets were Dirty. Pool was Dirty and Unfiltered. I Usually use this particular Chain when I and my Crew are in the Area, but now this decision Will be brought to the Department for further Consideration. See Above; What Did You Like
