Staff was nice and helpful. But my room smelled of stale air and wet dog and nothing helped that including going into the hallway where it smelled of strong cleaning product. My room had a sofa loveseat that was just nasty looking and old. I wanted to be able to use the exercise room but it smelled worse than my room and the pool would have been nice except the water did not look okay and the ceiling was falling down. I would not stay here again.

The place was full the night we arrived. People all over the place. We found the lodging better than expected, shower was wonderful. Beds were nice and comforable. The elevator was very slow, Ice machine was broken on our floor

Affordable and inexpensive. No issues. Krystal at the front desk was kind and helpful, especially on a busy day! Room was clean. Much bigger than expected. Location was just fine, convenient and accessible. Would definitely stay again at this price.

We could not check in because an error in Expedia. The staff was rude and not helpful at all. They did however offer to give us a room at over twice the price we originally booked.

Nothing Front desk clerk was entitled and rude. Treated me like I was an inconvenience to her.

The staff was wonderful, and the continental breakfast was the best I've had. I will say that the pillows are awful, and the pool was not great. I'd definitely stay here again, but I'd bring my own pillows and skip swimming.

Everything was great the workout room was easy to access they had a nice breakfast spread with lots of options staff was very friendly and helpful the only annoying thing was the door card fair to work but the staff did mention it could happen so having a heads up was very much appreciated
