The location and that nobody could just get to the back where the rooms are The bed they are cheap and in the room I had the wire was broken underneath the mattress so it was like a roller coaster you had to get in the middle or roll out the bed

i wasn’t able to check in because i wasn’t 21 and it never said anything on the booking listing nether

I paid for a room and couldn't get in it because they require a 100$ deposit from a bank or pre approved credit card and I couldn't find either so they stole my my money and I didn't even get to stay in the room I demanded a refund and got no where it suck don't stay at this place the deposit is no where mentioned on the booking site or in the lobby of the hotel

It says free cancellation for reservations on the website but when you try to cancel it tells you it's non-refundable after you've paid and when you arrive there they tell you there's $150 deposit that they didn't mention on the website and they are not willing to work with you I was told I would get a full refund but still have not received anything

Toilet didn't flush. No bar in the tub, pkug drained when "closed", unexpected $100 deposit. Ignored request for accessible room (was told I needed to upgrade - at check in). Altogether terrible bed, no amenities, poor service. DO NOT RECOMMEND.
