And they wanted $100 deposit which the room extended stay didn't take my shine that I had $100 and I had $100 in cash which they didn't accept and I didn't never got to go in my room I'm piss raining wet clothes no room for me... The female staff and the maintenance man are Charles. Disrespectful. Rude. Laughs at you when you mention your fridge does not work

The room was dirty, the bed had bugs crawling all over it and inside the pillow cases. Room smelled like it had mold.

I like how staff are very patient and helpful to the residents. Roaches, domestic violence, smoke alarms and slow elevator

Roaches and bugs. They run out of toilet paper gues having to go buy their own toilet paper. Won't stay there again.

Had a bad smell in it got a two bed. Queen turned out to be a full-size bed for both beds in the room, which was very uncomfortable for two people woke up very sore.

Location was good ? No breakfast and no Coffee,

Nothing. It was unsafe, unsanitary, we didn't even last three hours after check in. There were roaches in the room and addicts screaming at each other in the hallways.

We arrived after being in the car for 10+ hours with 5 kids to find no one there working the hotel. We couldn't get into our rooms, we could talk to anyone, there were people outside smoking all over the property. Finally found a phone on the wall to call an operator to find out their systems were down. They couldn't check us in, couldn't give me any kind of time update as to when their systems would be up and running, there wasn't a manager I could talk to, they couldn't refund my money, and they couldn't offer me any help in any way. I paid for 2 rooms. We had to get back in the car and drive for 2 hours to find somewhere to rest my family because every hotel in the area was booked. Never got an email notification or message at all letting me know this ahead of time so we could try to plan accordingly. Absolutely awful experience here. 0 stars.

Clean room very nice

Everything was wonderful I loved it all

I didn't check in 8 minutes beyond the Chek in time. However, the young lady still got me situated as if it were midday. She was so helpful even in that late hour. With all that traveling I had done that day, she truly put my mind at ease and gave my body a place to rest properly. Everything was clean, up to date, fresh, and above all, COMFORTABLE. I have NO complaints. Only gratitude for how well I was taken care of.

I liked not being charged double…until I was. I don’t like booking anymore, I’m sure they helped with the double charge

The price was right so we booked and its like they say, you get what you pay for. The room wasn't clean. Floors were really dirty and the tub had mildew where the tub liner met together. The corners of the bathroom had trash like they weren't cleaned. ROACHES in the hallway on our door and crawling on the walls and floor in our room. We booked for 4 of us and had 2 towels. No one was at the front desk when we needed. No one was around when we checked out. Very disappointed. I dont recommend staying here.
