This hotel was very cozy, friendly, and clean.

Cute B&B with delicious breakfast.
-
Location. Broken shower head, glass enclosure too close to the bed. No current information about local area.

Room was too small.Light filtered through door and windows at night. Very impersonal, no direct contact with a receptionist or any other human being from the inn.It gave us "pandemic" feeling... They serve breakfast at 9am, so if you are like us needing to leave early, you get no breakfast...

Dog friendly Very small room and bed. Had to climb over the end of the bed to get into bed. Bathroom was in the hall not in the room. Wasn’t well insulated so fairly loud and contractors decided to start work a couple doors down at 630 am. Was not advertised as a bed and breakfast and definitely didn’t say bathroom wasn’t in the room.

Great location to explore the coast. Many walkable eateries.

The room was very nice and the grounds are lovely. The kitchen team was great and breakfast was yummy!! It was difficult to get a hold of someone, management is not on site. Also the floors are creaky and I had someone above me that walked around all night and kept me awake. Book an upstairs room if you stay here.

Late afternoon wine and both breakfasts (1st morning scrambled eggs, link sausages, toast and yogurt with lots of fresh fruit; 2nd morning waffles, bacon and more fresh fruits) were quite nice. Also, pleasant flowered deck area with afternoon sun in back yard.

The location was in downtown Half Moon Bay When we booked this stay we thought it was a hotel, but upon arrival realized that it was a bed and breakfast. The bed was pretty uncomfortable and the shower had some temperature adjustment issues. We would have preferred to stay in a hotel because bed and breakfasts tend to be noisier - thinner walls, etc. The pictures and description lead us to believe it was a hotel. We should have dug a little deeper before booking.

Staff was wonderful! So helpful and friendly. every morning breakfast was GREAT! They even had my husbands favorite coffee creamer - what a treat! each night warm chocolate chip cookies were out for the taking; and fresh fruit available was just wonderful. the hot/cold water dispenser saved us money on bottled water during our stay. Our room was beautiful, bed was super comfy, i didn't want to leave! the location was also very convenient. we only used our car one day to drive down the coast to Pescadero to see the lighthouse. otherwise we walked everywhere! our fave restaurant is Pasta Moon, a block away! It was perfect, we'll be back! can't think of one thing!

Good breakfast, parking is tight on site but overnight street parking available.

What a wonderful 2 nights we had at the Nantucket Whale B&B! One of the absolutely best experiences we have had at a Hotels.com property! The room was very accommodating and had everything we needed/wanted, including a jetted deep tub with a hand-held feature. Both breakfasts were delicious and my husband raved about the coffee. Wine was available in the dining room, as well as Biscoff biscuits. Parking was plentiful and the inn was centrally located to restaurants and shopping on Main Street. We had dinner at Pasta Moon, which was recommended by a staff member; it was within walking distance (2 blocks) and was outstanding…a Michelin rated restaurant in 2025!

Everything, the host Suzy was a very kind lady . She took the time to explain and showcase the Inn. She was a delight. Everything looked meticulous and the charm of the inn took us immediately to the East Coast. The room was perfect, a huge bed, a lovely fireplace and the bathtub was just what the doctor offered. We slept like babies. Breakfast was very delicious and the server and the chef were just a delight to talk to. We also loved the patio as we drank our complimentary wine while relaxing to the fire pit. We felt pampered. Nothing huge just perhaps inspecting and possibly tightening the propane knobs so they turn on immediately. The fire pit grill could use some cleaning or scraping of rust and repaint it flat black.

The accommodation was advertised as a hotel, not as a Bed and Breakfast. We would not have booked the accommodation if we had known it was a bed and breakfast.

This was really just a regular hotel room in an old fashioned building. The breakfast was what you would expect in a hotel - nothing special. The carpets are a bit old and had that old hotel smell. The rooms were not very sound proof. It would be fine if your main reason was to be in Half Moon Bay, and you aren’t looking for a particularly special or pampered experience.

The room was very hot at night and there was no fan.

Susie, the receptionist was so helpful and very kind. I love the whole Nantucket atmosphere and the staff was so very nice and the breakfast was great. My only complaint would be the beds. They need new beds.
