Excellent place to stay for a short time!

No coffee pot in room but coffee available 24 hours a day I’m lobby

It was a little hard to find, but thanks to Google maps, we did just fine. The room was supposed to be handicapped accessible, but really wasn't where my mom could get around, especially the bed. The water never did get hot, so we had to take cold showers. But it was quiet and the people there were nice, and went out of their way to help us.

Air conditioning leaked no towels for guests

There was no ice bucket or glasses in the room, also no coffeemaker. The coffee in the lobby was lukewarm. Upon checking out, I wasn’t asked by the desk clerk about my stay. If she asked, I would have told her how disappointed I was. Not up to a standard I would expect with the Hilton name behind it.

Convenient location. Easy, quick, friendly check in. Gave papers with the key asking not to put ac below 70. Full room amenities. Blow dryer didn't work right. Free breakfast was bagels, muffins, cereal and coffee.

I liked the friendliness of the staff and the cleanliness of the room. The room door was very hard to open and close.

The Lucia’s great The breakfast was a joke and the hallways were extremely hot. The water pressure wasn’t very good either. Everything else was solid.

Staff was amazing! Breakfast could have more "hot" options. Air conditioning was inconsistent, sometimes hot, sometimes temp was just right. Sink water took forever to get hot. But overall stay was decent.

There was some type of party happening on the 3rd floor, right above our room. The noise could be heard over a 20” box fan that we had running in the room. In the parking lot at 11:30 pm, a group of people was being questioned by 5, count them 5, police units! We paid the extra $ for a suite and found out from the front desk that there were no pillows for the sofa sleeper and they had none in the hotel anywhere. The parking lot was half full at best. Do yourself a favor, sleep in your vehicle-it will be more comfortable and a whole lot cheape!

The hot water took a while to get hot in rm 315. Overnight the room got extremely hot and I wasn't able to sleep

Walls and floors looked like an old hotel with a quick coat of paint put on them

Room was clean and very spacious! Perfect for our family!! Room for everyone!!

The fresh coffee was delicious. The water was really hot and the tubs were deep. I was able to soak in the tub. The pillows and bed were so comfortable. Housekeeping stripping my room at 9:30 when check out is at 11am. I went to put a few things in my truck and grabbed some coffee and breakfast with my kids when I went back to my room to finish getting ready for the day They were already putting the rest of my stuff out of the room.

They made it seem like they had a breakfast buffet and it was far from that. Very overpriced.

No hot water for showers .

Breakfast was ok but could have a few more choices for the price of the rooms
