As soon as I walked in Carmenithia was so welcome and checked us in immediately. Once in our room she reached out to see if there was anything else she could help us with. The room was clean with a fresh aroma when we entered. Breakfast was enough to get us started with our day. Kitchen staff and housekeeping was so polite and helpful. I love the respect and kindness shown while speaking with the guest. I would definitely stay here again.

everything was nice and clean, the water pressure could have been better. there were a few water bugs i saw in the hallway/lobby. there were no bugs in the room! the front desk was very nice and helpful, even making sure i had gotten the best rate for the room.

The additional fee for a dog was absolutely ridiculously high. There should only be a fee if damage or additional cleaning was required. My dog does not shed nor bark and I paid more for him to stay with me than was warranted.

Breakfast was limited. Not good selection of items. Location is not aligned with all other Hilton poperties I've used in past 15 yrs. From Embassy, Dbl Tree, Hampton, Grdn Inn, Homewood Stes.and other.

Location was great. Very convenient. Beds were comfortable. We stayed in two different rooms and both had a weird, damp, smell. Also, there was no hot water in the first room. Room 316
