Air conditioner did not work in our room. Went down to get a key to check on another room and there were people in 2 other rooms who had the same issue. In our second room, the air conditioner worked, but the night before we left, the toilet started leaking and had a big puddle on the floor. Hotels everywhere need to step up their game and update their facilities if they are going to charge that much money.

Rude. I had 2 interactions with him. I asked for a box of Kleenexes for the room. I didn't get a hello goodbye or anything it was tossed on the counter. Checking out at 5:30 AM he finally came out of the back room said to me checking out I said yes handed him the keys and he just stood there. I said is there anything else he said no. No how was your stay? No, was everything OK? Thank you for staying with us. WOW !!!!!

I stay here several times a month for work jd it’s always clean and comfortable. The front desk staff remember me and greet me by name. It’s the best hotel in the area imo.

The people were great. The space was very clean. No smells, no stains. The breakfast could be a bit better but over all, it was a positive experience.

I’ve stayed here a couple times before for a conference but this time my bed was very uncomfortable. Felt like I was sinking in the floor.

Easy check in, friendly staff, nice room, perfect location for what I was in town for. Light from hall comes in through bottom of door, a woman was yelling on the phone in the hall at 3 and 4am then again at 7am.

Good stay for a business trip (solo female traveled). Clean and modern property. Included parking. Free wifi. Room was clean and comfortable. Great water pressure in the shower. Hot breakfast options. Front desk staff allowed me to check in early with no issues. Everyone was friendly. No complaints!
