Excellent property.
-
Nice, clean, quiet, friendly
-
The tub was peeling and rusty, so a refresh of amenities would be helpful.
-
Good all around friendly staff very helpful

Our sheets and comforters were soiled. Completely gross. We also had a soiled towel folded in the bathroom. I was so disappointed especially since they had a "wonderful" rating online. Do not sleep here.
-
Room smelled horrible like musty mildew. There was a group of roughly 50 people out in lobby at 1 am yelling so loud we couldn’t fall asleep as the manager said to us, “good luck sleeping tonight”.

If you have any respiratory issues, take extreme precautions if you are considering staying here. The facade of manicured groundskeeping does give the impression of a decent place to stay. However, once inside, there’s the truth of why I was compelled to not stay there. I booked the stay through Expedia. My reservation was scheduled for 7/23 - 7/26. None of the pictures in the app show the reality of what the rest of the hotel looks like. I arrived at the hotel 7/23 to check in. Upon the entrance of the lobby, there was a reception desk to the far left where they are stationed. Behind the desk, there is a wall on the left that has a water sprinkler that had noticeable water stains around it at the time I was checking in. The check-in process seemed okay. The manager Tracy checked me in, handed me the keys, and advised me how to access the side door number 2 to bring in my luggage. I get a porter to gather my luggage and walk through the hotel’s first floor to the side door. The corridor to the side door is to the left of the lobby desk where I checked in. Once in that short corridor, you take a left to go through the hallway to get to the side door 2. Along the way, water stains on the ceiling are prevalent with irregular patches of smooth plastering and popcorn ceiling right to the door. Both finishes were stained. There was a sprinkler that had a square hole about four inches on each side cut out in the ceiling.

My kids and I stayed here while traveling. We enjoyed the pool, the breakfast, and the comfortability and cleanliness of the hotel. Would recommend for families!

Good experience, lots of food close, bed was comfortable

I believe if the hotel has a deep cleaning, my concerns would be resolved. We stayed in a room on the second floor, so we opted to use the stair case that was actually in the lounge area at the front of the hotel. The carpet was dirty on the staircase and other areas in the hotel, but again, a deep cleaning could resolve that. When we got to our room, it had a strong musty smell. Even after spraying the beds and air-conditioning vent with lysol and leaving the room, the smell was still strong. I didn't switch rooms because I had limited time. I needed to get to the hospital to visit with my aunt who had a massive stroke then the rest of the weekend we were cleaning her home to be ready for her on Monday. Then the people in the room above us sounded like elephants early in the morning. I did witness a positive encounter, the staff at breakfast, a young Black male, who treated an obvious homeless man with respect. He didn't rush him out or become irritated when the man left a third of his waffle in the maker to burn. Overall, the hotel wasn't bad and was in a great location to visit my aunt as well as clean her home.

Everything was clean and stuff was friendly

The room was clean. The staff was very friendly and nice. We enjoyed the pool. It was close to all the activities we did there.
-
Room was clean, staff was nice, breakfast served on time, only downside was they couldn't find my reservation when we checked in, had trouble paying also, but got it straightened out.

The hotel is a very clean and quiet place to stay. The housekeeping staff were great. They kept our room very clean and fresh. The front desk were friendly and welcoming. I would have gave the place a rating of 10, but the water faucet in the bathroom hand was very slow and it had a low pressure flow. I hope they can increase the water pressure. But beside that I would definitely return to stay again.
-
My room was not cleaned to a typical standard. There was an unwrapped gummy candy on top of the air conditioner and stains on one of the bed comforters.
-
Building and rooms in poor condition, dirty, I would not stay there again.

First I want make it clear the customer service at this establishment was superb. The front desk clerk, Terrance was immediate and intentional at check in. He offered a choice of floor for our stay. Having a first floor room was a plus after a long eight hour drive. However upon entering the room the musty, moldy smell was overpowering. My daughter immediately wanted to get another room. Again the front desk clerk, Terrance was super accommodating and wanted to know what issues there were in the room. The next room was better but not that much. Still had a smell but not as bad but again had issues. Smudged walls, chipped paint in the bathroom ceiling, torn room furniture. For the cost of $600, as a guest I have more than an expectation of comfort.

staff were nice, but house cleaning crews were entirely too loud in the hallways at 8a. breakfast consisted of meat, eggs, and potatoes one day then eggs, biscuit and gravy another along with cereal, waffles, yogurt, and toast. decent breakfast.
