Good: The staff were pleasant and the hotel was clean.

The Hampton Inn was clean, comfortable and conveniently located. Our room on the fourth floor was right by the elevator but still quiet.

Unfortunately my ac wasn’t working. Was only there one night so I didn’t ask them to address if. But I did mention it at check out and they said they will fix it immediately

Clean and convenient

I didn't like that the ice machine was broken on the floor. A window on the front property was an eye sore broken.

Location Smelled musty and they sprayed some febreeze, and was next to linen closet and I guess a really noisy a/c unit

Room is spacious and cleaned, staff are friendly , breakfast was good. The mattress is not firmed enough even we are light and under 150 pounds .

It's like most Hampton Inns we've stayed in, but on the older side. The hallways and rooms are clearly worn and dates, but kept in decent condition. We arrived late but the staff were courteous and polite. Breakfast was typical. Our primary issue was that the AC unit in our room was really loud. Like yard machines churching all night. That was definitely tough.

We were there for less than 8 hours. We left before they served breakfast! The room was clean and comfortable!

The rooms were very well cleaned, and the housekeepers greeted us with a smile every single day. Their warmth made the stay feel even more special. And the breakfast was truly top tier. They had eggs, bacon, sausage, oatmeal with all the toppings, make‑your‑own waffles with every topping you could imagine, bagels, yogurt—you name it. Everything was fresh, plentiful, and delicious. I don’t do a lot of reviews, but this could not go unsaid. Five stars for sure.

The room looked old, the bathroom was really clean I had

It was close to the wedding venue. Customer service I had to lift the back of the commode to flush the toilet.

The air conditioning in our room was not working properly and the temperature was very hot.

Customer service was wonderful. The hotel needs some makeover. It has a dated look. The carpet in the hallway is worn. The breakfast was not good. The potatoes looked and tasted as cooked a few days ago. I assume since the breakfast is part of the stay that not too much effort is put in to making the breakfast more appealing.
