Reviews

Great location, clean and nice amenities, in walking distance to many shops, restaurants and cinema.
-
Hotel was amazing. The room was clean and the perfect fit for our little getaway.
-
All the staff we interacted with were excellent. Besides being friendly, the helped us find a dog sitter for one evening while we were away and couldn’t take our dog with us.

Staff very helpful and friendly

The property is so wonderful and the staff is great

I liked how the air conditioner was maintained during our stay, given it was really hot outside I appreciate it being maintained so it didn’t go out on us. I love the full kitchen that came with the room, as a breastfeeding mom the full sink and full fridge was perfect and just what I needed in times like this. Property was clean and smelled good, breakfast was good, kitchen staff was very sweet and I appreciated them very much. Overall I loved my stay here and would stay here again.

The room/bathroom was very neat and clean. The room had some nice touches that you don’t normally find with hotels in this price range. I had two breakfasts during my stay. The first morning I found the coffee urn empty, and two out of the three trays of hot food items gone. The chef’s order window was open and the short wait for my order was well worth it. I ended up drinking hot tea. The second morning was as one would expect and the hot food and coffee were good

Suites are spacious. Front desk was very gracious and friendly. After a very long travel day, check in and out could not have gone smoother.

we stayed at this location because it was new and close by. The room we got was in poor shape out of three lamps one worked and one had no bulb and the other was shorting out. When we used the roll in shower the drain was so slow it flooded the bathroom so i used all of our towels to dry it up and more. the chrome shower bars had a lot of rust on them . When i called to see if they had my reservation they could not find it but it showed up later on they were going to charge me for my support dog for my PTSD and i told them i will provide the paper work he said i will still charge you. i told them that this is our 44th wedding anniversary and if this is the way this hotel runs we will not stay there

The lobby smelled terrible, and although the front desk employee who checked me in was polite and professional, the rest of the experience went downhill quickly. The elevator smelled like cigarettes, and my first room was dirty, with stained mattresses and walls. It was also the wrong room type. After reporting the issue, I was moved twice, but the second room was still incorrect and the third had a barely working door and filthy bathroom. By 1 AM, exhausted from driving and working all day, I gave up, slept on the couch, and skipped showering. The TV also kept restarting all night. The only reason this is a 2-star review instead of 1 is because the male front desk worker was helpful and professional. The woman at checkout, however, was unnecessarily rude. I expected much better from Marriott.
