    The room was totally gross. I wouldn’t even recommend for a one night stay honestly. staff were amazing though and very sweet. rooms definitely need an upgrade though and standard cleaning protocol should be followed.

    The room was filthy and smelled bad. Sink was clogged, shower had no pressure and only dripped, and the iron sprayed water on my clothes. This was unacceptable. I’m requesting a full refund for my stay. Please reimburse my credit card. Thanks!

    Location My daughter wanted to leave immediately how dare you rent this room at this price to someone there were burn marks on the shower dirt on the floor a leftover towel in the bathroom nasty filthy dirty they should have never rented this room TV didn't work remote didn't have batteries gosh I want a refund if there was a way we were just really tired and needed somewhere to sleep thankfully the sheets were clean we checked out early the breakfast was awful burnt my toast temp up to high I opted out of getting a smoking room maybe I should have didn't stock anything at breakfast and it was only 8:30 no coffee cups just awful

    We did not end up staying here. We were told we’d get a refund from a third party and have yet to get it. The bed lamp was completely broken and hanging with wires exposed. The entire room was filthy. The tub had pubic hair in it.

    Dirtiest place we've ever been to. Couldn't stay at this place. If I could post these nasty pictures I would. I would recommend staying clear of this property.

    Nothing. The room was DISGUSTING. I had dead roaches laying around. Management came up when I called to look at it and just left. Didn’t send anyone to clean it up or anything. I asked for more towels. Never got them. The young boy at the desk was sweet but the lady beside him was rude and dry. This was the WORST experience I’ve ever had at a hotel.

    They lie to people in web sites and actually it’s not true what they shows customer on web sites, bad maintain as well ,no lights, very disgusting bathrooms ,actually very disgusting, smelly.

    Our non smoking rooms smelled like cigarettes weed. Staff also refused to give us clean towels as they insisted the one in our room were fresh, despite clearly being dirty. Would absolutely not recommend staying here.

    I’m almost 60 years old and I have traveled for most of my life. I have been too many different places and stayed many different places and this by far was the worst experience that I’ve ever had from the outside to the inside it was so dirty. I just couldn’t believe it, and I reached out to Expedia to find out what my options were and by the time that I got through to Expedia and got down to the office to ask for a refund. I was told that I was past the 15 minutes that they give you to get a refund at that property so I’m beside myself on that and he was ready with that sign and it’s pretty big, but of course checking in. There were issues with the system so I wasn’t really looking for that sign, but definitely when I told him how dirty that the room was, and how dirty that it was outside in the stairwell and about all chaos going outside and that I wanted to refine he said oh you’re past the 15 minutes time limit and put the sign in my face so clearly this is an issue that they have because he was well prepared with a sign. I would never recommend anyone or their animal to stay in this hotel.
