A visit was mainly, we picked this hotel. Because of the hot tub and realized that the hot tub does not work and hasn't worked in months as green algae growing in it, and whatever else is roped off, does that make sense to have a bar that's closed on the weekends . No hot order in the shower . Low pressure in the shower there was a gap between the tub faucet in the wall not enough rails in the shower unsafe The staff was great.\nThe servers in the kitchen for the breakfast bar did a great job and very polite

They didn’t have change for 5.00 bill. I want singles for housekeeping tip.

Maybe time to update the rooms other than that a decent stay. I’d comeback

MyI had a great stay there.

The room was clean, bathroom clean, however the ceiling had a moisture issue, peeling paint that needs attention. Shower pressure great.

Staff was friendly and i also like location bathroom was not clean and room was outdate, bed was hard, and i think with the price you pay breakfast should have been included

Recipient at checkin was not friendly. When we tried to leave they changed us for breakfast even we reserved the room with breakfast.

I had a fantastic experience at the hotel. I was greeted warmly by each staff I encountered. I felt that my stay was important and wanted.

It was a convenient location to shopping and grocery stores. Staff was helpful. The whole place needs a severe update. Hot water and water pressure were missing for the weekend I stayed there. The sheets were dirty (brown spots and grease from food) used so I asked for new ones from house keeping. The AC worked, but looked like it had been kicked in.

Despite my having written documentation about my reservation (e.g., dates, parent receipt, etc.), I was effectively "stranded" because the hotel did NOT have my reservation (dated four weeks earlier) in their system, were totally unsympathetic (blaming Expedia for this), and were completely booked, so I had no place to stay at ~9 PM ET, no vehicle (was dropped off) for transportation, with thunderstorms (e.g., lighting and rain pouring outside) in the area.

That being said, the front desk ladies were so kind, and helpful throughout our stay, The comfort of the beds definitely impacted our experience. Hopefully, this is something the hotel will consider improving in the future.

The staff was all super nice! We chose this property bc we wanted a hot tub! I even called them to confirm they had a hot tub!! We got there and went to enjoy it after a busy day; and the water in it was literally yellow! And it was taped off! So I went to the front desk and asked them if it was not working and asked how long it had been down and they told me it has been down for quite a while! They ended up refunding the rest of my stay there because I didn’t want to stay there without the hot tub!
