Best Western Harker Heights - Killeen - Fort Hood TX

Half size pillows. Room was clean. Bathroom was clean. Breakfast was continental and adequate.

Room was fine. breakfast was very good. Bed was comfortable. One serious issue I had with this stay was the day after I checked in, a $360 charge was made from the hotel to my credit card. That is a huge mistake that was not refunded until the next day. Very scary that I was the one who caught it, not the hotel. I wouldn't trust staying there a second time.

The elevator wasn't working so we had to take the stairs. Luckily our room was on the 2nd floor.

Definitely stay here if you’re in the area!

Not as advertised

We were there for 4 days and the elevator was out of service the entire time of our stay. The ice machine on our floor didnt work either. Carpets in hallways were stained and the entire hotel looked like it was in need of an update/maintenance. Requested a late check out, but that wasn't possible and was asked to leave immediately at checkout time. It looked like it was a nice hotel at one time, but hasn't really been taken care of.

It was broken. We had to tote luggage down 2 flights of stairs. I felt bad for guests using walkers! The front desk wasn’t very apologetic or helpful.

A bit of an inconvenience for us. But had to help another guest with a walker, lug suitcases down 2 flights of stairs. The manager was not very helpful. Otherwise- it was an adequate hotel for our needs.

Convenient location, clean and quiet Sausage only meat selection...I prefer bacon or ham.

The location was perfect, the gym was small but had everything you may need. The facility was so clean. Right across the street from H-E-B. Less than a mile from movie theater, Target, and great shopping plaza. Highly recommend for the price, will be back! N/A

Parking, ckean and smells amazing

The hotel is clean but dated. The staff is very friendly. Parking was good and easy. The bed was very uncomfortable and the toilet had a hard time flushing.

Room smells musty, can hear other people as if they’re in the room with u. No water pressure in the shower

The hotel is badly in need of basic maintenance. There was tape over the elevator button in the lobby. They had tried to fix the closet door latch with tape that wasn’t holding, so that door was always open. There was a stain on the sheets on the bed. There was a stain of something on the shower curtain. The cover over the controls on the window unit A/C came off when I would lift it to control the temperature. Overall, it was all kind of gross. Would not stay there again. They badly need to fix and replace things. I was in room 201.
