Wish there were more breakfast choices. The ones provided were good.

Definitely not worth $125 a night. More like $60. Will never stay again. However, it is in a good location to gas, shopping and eateries

All good

The breakfast was good and the location was good too. I didn’t like that the thick curtains could not close. The lights outside were so bright when I woke up during the night I thought it was morning.

Nice clean room. Good breakfast.

The property was disgusting. When I did a bedding inspection. The mattress had green residue with black specs. When I lifted the corners of the bed. There was a notable bedbug noted. I went to the front office and requested staff evaluate. He stated he didn’t see any bedbugs and he can give me another room or check me out very rude and very nasty. I said, sir I am not being ugly. I’m stating that I do not want to sleep in a room that has notable signs of bedbugs. He told me he would cancel my reservation and I can leave, but he lied. And still charged me.

Did not check in due to condition of room and hotel.

Half size pillows. Room was clean. Bathroom was clean. Breakfast was continental and adequate.
-
Room was fine. breakfast was very good. Bed was comfortable. One serious issue I had with this stay was the day after I checked in, a $360 charge was made from the hotel to my credit card. That is a huge mistake that was not refunded until the next day. Very scary that I was the one who caught it, not the hotel. I wouldn't trust staying there a second time.

Pool and breakfast I didn’t like that there wasn’t a Comforter on the bed

The elevator was broken, but they gave us a room on the bottom floor so it wasn't of great concern. There were also a TON of ants at the pool with a lot of then being in the water. It looked like that had come from some nearby trees though, so I'm not sure what the property could have really done about that.
-
The elevator wasn't working so we had to take the stairs. Luckily our room was on the 2nd floor.
-
Definitely stay here if you’re in the area!

Not as advertised

We were there for 4 days and the elevator was out of service the entire time of our stay. The ice machine on our floor didnt work either. Carpets in hallways were stained and the entire hotel looked like it was in need of an update/maintenance. Requested a late check out, but that wasn't possible and was asked to leave immediately at checkout time. It looked like it was a nice hotel at one time, but hasn't really been taken care of.

It wasn’t packed. I see why. The room had the worst smell I have ever smelled. The a/c didn’t hide the smell. My husband and I used so much cologne and perfume when we went to our church event. Over 1500 people for our event and not one stayed where we stayed. It wasn’t even on the list to get. But I had already booked before the list when out and it was 3 miles from the building. That said a lot if the people who live here don’t suggest this place. It’s a problem. They charge you $5 if you don’t turn in your keys. I have NEVER heard of that. I was scared to leave them in the room like I always do. There were different types of hair from the bedding to the bathroom. Disgusting!! The elevator didn’t work. That’s not good when you have a lot of luggage and bags.

Very nice hotel, breakfast was good, employees friendly The elevator was broken. No notice was sent so that we could change accommodations. Disabled in our party. Had to climb stairs. Mobility was a problem .
-
Nothing at all It smelt like wet rag, the beds were wet and smelled horrible the location sucked and I felt scammed by booking.com
-
It was broken. We had to tote luggage down 2 flights of stairs. I felt bad for guests using walkers! The front desk wasn’t very apologetic or helpful.
-
The elevator has been out of order for over a week and they put us on the 3rd floor. No ac in the halls and it smelled. Carpets looked dirty and there was a dead roach in the bathroom
