Heights Inn by Townhouse Harker Heights/Killeen

Refused my booking done through Expedia. Had to make other arrangements at 2am. I was very unhappy with the experience.

The guy at the front desk was very helpful. He was sweet, but I wouldn’t recommend Wouldn’t go back or stay again rooms were nasty. A lot of traffic.

We were charged more than the 65.00 it was 69.00 once we got to the hotel.

Staff was very flexible for last minute reservation but there were to much bugs in the room, comforters has burnt cigarettes on it.

Very clean room. We stayed on a Friday night and it was a quiet night. The other tenants stayed to themselves. The staff was nice and checked me in promptly. I have no complaints.

Stayed in a handicap rooms (I'm Handicapped) and had to climb into the tub to take a shower. This was not handicap accessible other than the bathroom was larger. At 7:30 pm the office was closed and had to conduct transactions thru window slot. At 11:00 am same issue when I turned in key and asked for a receipt.
