Staff was excellent
-
The room was not cleaned/ refreshed after first day. No house keeping staff in evening. Had to wait more than an hour just to get some fresh towels. Not well staffed it seems. Amenities are ok but the property is pretty run down
-
Room was absolutely filthy. Hairs everywhere even in the “clean” coffee cup. Tub filled up so bad. Very dirty. Seems like only the beds were remade. Crumbs all over floor and old pasta noodles in chair creases

Housekeeping left my door open for anyone to walk in while I was away at competition. Instead of refunding the gold that was placed on my card they charged me an extra $75 for a prepaid room. I had to visit the front desk to get eating utensils because there were only 2 forks 3 butter on olives and one spoon in my room. I to get washcloths and towels because there weren’t enough in the room. The ironing board was dirty (cover needs replacing) couldn’t use it had to iron on the bed. Shall I go on?

I really enjoyed having a full kitchen and separate bedroom. The room was clean for the most part. The dishes had been put back in the cabinet with caked on food. After four days of being there we had to call because on the third day when they were supposed to refresh towels and take trash we never saw house keeping. We didn't see them again after that and we were supposed to see them every other day. We were there 8 days. They also charged for parking even though I was not aware and they didn't even ask from what I recall if we had a car. But I just may not remember. But they didn't take license plate number or anything. The breakfast was ok. We will book again with Residence Inn just for the use of a mini apartment for the time we are traveling. The staff was kind.

I stayed for 6nights. I was told I could check in at 3pm and couldn’t check in until 5pm. I had to call every time I needed towels. There were 3 of us with 2 sets of towels. They are supposed to do a minor touch up with towels every 2 days when staying that long. I ran out of towels multiple times, and coffee. The tv never worked and our room was right against the basketball court/pool. I called twice to have people removed from there at 11pm.

The stay was amazing. I love staying at a residence inn, it’s like being at home when you aren’t.

Breakfast could do better..not a lot of options

This is our second time staying at this property and we just love it. We love that we have so much space on the studio room with a full kitchen. The staff is always so friendly and helpful. Breakfast in the morning is wonderful.

It was like an apartment. Good breakfast.

This was a great place to stay with a family while we were at Hershey. The space in the studio suite allowed us to spread out. Every staff person we interacted with was so helpful and friendly. Breakfast had many more choices than typical nowadays—mini quiches, breakfast sandwiches, bagels, muffins, fresh cut fruit, eggs, sausage, waffles, oatmeal…. A few comments about accessibility because my spouse uses a cane: expect to walk up a few steps to get to your room and maybe park a bit far from your unit. There were no more ADA spots left when we got there. I never stayed at a Residence Inn so I didn’t know what to expect with the property format. We would definitely stay here again if we come back to the area.

Loved it!

Friendly staff and enjoyed the outdoor pool
-
The staff was extra friendly. The hospitality was beyond expectations. Continental breakfast was a nice variety. Very clean facilities
-
The breakfast experience was horrible as one of the staff members was hovering and kept trying to direct us. In addition, they charge $5 a day for parking. I never had to pay for parking at any residence inn
-
Well-maintained and clean, good exterior lighting, rooms are lovely. Felt very safe either way my daughter

Loved the breakfast and pool.
