The staff is always friendly & helpful. Clean property and well stocked breakfast. Great stop for JMU move-in weekend!

We had a family above us that let little kids run back and forth stomping and jumping for hours. We ignored it until 9:00 PM. Called front desk twice with no resolution despite saying they’d take care of it. Made a trip to the front desk. It quieted a little then continued through 1 AM. Moving to another room when we’re tire is not a resolution. Teach your managers customer issue resolution and enforce basic hotel etiquette. I’ll stick with the Marriott chain in the future.

Stayed one night….great hotel. Staff very friendly and helpful and the room was very nice and clean.
-
Very clean room and hotel. The only disappointment was the continental breakfast. Long wait times for waffles and poor quality food. Great atmosphere for kids and pets.

We stay here a couple times a year! We really don’t want to stay anywhere else. We can depend on the cleanliness!!! Keep it up!!

Staff was very kind. The hotel room equipped with kitchen and sofa and well designed with layout. Very spacious!

With all the options in that town, I would pick another place. Had a dirty room. They wouldn’t clean it. Staff was not nice

Great rooms, great pool.

Stayed here while on a two day visit to Shenandoah National Park. Beautiful hotel. Super clean. Nice rooms. Breakfast was ok but enough. Close to several restaurants. Nice gym for a hotel. Would stay here again.

The breakfast menu choices were adequate. The breakfast staff was helpful and efficient. Some of the food at breakfast seemed artificial. More meat choices and gravy would have been nice.

It was a nice hotel for what we needed - staying overnight in town. I am not sure why they charge for parking - that seems odd. It isn't in a downtown area where people staying will not have cars. I have also never been able to not check into a hotel a little bit early and we were about an hour early getting here trying to get to a family function and had to wait til close to 3 to check in. I was told to come back at 3, but we sat in the lobby and I saw another family get their room around 2:45 so I went back and up and what do you know - our room was ready. The breakfast was nothing to write home about. We did not use any of the amenities.
-
The beds were a little firm for my liking. I had a hard time getting comfortable, but I prefer a more plush bed.
-
Great room and facilities. The place was super clean and it was very quiet all night.

The hotel looks nice, however you can hear a lot of noise through the walls and people above you. When I checked in, the staff member couldn’t answer all my questions about the hotel. The morning breakfast was extremely disappointing. We went down an hour before it ended. One woman working was complaining and telling all of us guests that we should have come earlier and that there is no more food to offer. The staff member started yelling at a guest who was a mother in front of all the other guests. Guests requested more oatmeal, as it shouldn’t be that difficult. It was the least professional hotel, and they need to learn how to treat their guests better.
-
It’s new and comfortable. Very spacious rooms and well equipped with what you need. The breakfast was not well organized. It needs better flow. In the kitchen on our room some plates were dirty.
-
Room layout, bathroom (walk-in shower vs a tub), breakfast, parking, etc. Price was a bit higher than other hotels in area, tried to check in 45 minutes early when there was only 4 cars in the parking lot and was abruptly and rudely told absolutely not, water bottle filler in lobby by restrooms didn’t work.
-
Overall the hotel was good. A good stay at a hotel starts with a good sleep, when your pillows are thinner then pancakes you can't get a good night sleep, a combo of thin - thicker pillows would be appreciated. Woke with a kink in the neck due to lack of support. Because of this I can't rate the hotel any higher.

My only (and petty) gripe belong to the pillow quality. In spite of that, I will be booking again.
