The hotel looks nice, however you can hear a lot of noise through the walls and people above you. When I checked in, the staff member couldn’t answer all my questions about the hotel. The morning breakfast was extremely disappointing. We went down an hour before it ended. One woman working was complaining and telling all of us guests that we should have come earlier and that there is no more food to offer. The staff member started yelling at a guest who was a mother in front of all the other guests. Guests requested more oatmeal, as it shouldn’t be that difficult. It was the least professional hotel, and they need to learn how to treat their guests better.

My only (and petty) gripe belong to the pillow quality. In spite of that, I will be booking again.

It was clean & a place to sleep. Nothing stood out as great. The customer service was average. The beds were really uncomfortable.

Room was clean, everything in good condition.

Property is great and new. Loved everything about it except the sofa beds that they bought are not comfortable at all. Like sleeping on springs. So recommend booking a room as long as you don’t need to use the sofa bed. Whatever company made those sofa beds should not be selling them.

Nice property, with clean rooms and common areas. Good breakfast. Friendly staff…the only surprise was that they charged $5 per day to park.

Our rooms were great, all the staff were so friendly and helpful. I booked through hotels.com and the way they did the bookings was confusing and we had a little difficulty sorting it out, but Sydney at the front desk was great and she fixed everything. The breakfast wasn't as good as we had read about but ok. The staff working the breakfast area were great but ran out of coffee and some items were not as hot as we would like. But it was ok and no one starved! I would stay there again.

Great stay, clean room and facilities!

Everything was clean and they’ve maintained the property very well after being open a year. The only thing that customer should be aware of is that they do charge for parking and in the handicap accessible bathrooms the water does leak onto the floor severely so you need extra towels to put on the floor, but other than that I definitely can’t complain. Close to everything food choices are good and the staff is friendly.
