Breakfast was wonderful, we so enjoyed sitting out by the firepit with friends! Staff was great as well. We only stayed 1 night and had no complaints!

Home 2 suites, in Harrisonburg VA is a quiet hotel with many amenities. The rooms were clean and comfortable but be aware there is a per day cost for parking $5.00! We looked up the hotel chain, and they mentioned that it is up to the managers to include this cost and not a recommendation of the chain. We wondered unless you walk to the hotel with your luggage, you will be charged. Most, if not all quests come by car. We have never been charged a space rental fee in any other hotel or motel. If it is for a tip for hotel staff, strange since costs of room rates change if you are staying on a weekend, holiday or special event why not hide the cost to the cost of the room, since usually it is more than $5.00 and no one would know the difference unless you don't want to give the staff the $5.00 from the cost of the room. Be aware since it is not included in the description of the room.

Friendly staff, room was super clean, spacious and the small kitchen is perfect. The actual structure is built with not so good materials. We did not get any sleep as a family of three because we could the guest in the floor above when walking or even talking. They even decided to make love so we had to witness it all. It was not comfortable especially when we had our minor child with us. Next day there was an important meeting for us and because we didn’t sleep well the night before, we were all in a bad mood. The noise went on until 4 am from the couple in the room about ☹️

It was a great experience overall; the amenities were excellent, and we were able to explore everything. The room was clean and neat. The only issue I encountered was the breakfast setup. We barely had anything as a buffet—I was expecting really good options, but unfortunately, that didn't happen.

Cleanliness was subpar. The walls were so thin I could hear the people next to me playing lout music and the people above me were loudly stomping smh. The breakfast was meh as well. I just overall would never stay here again.

We had a family above us that let little kids run back and forth stomping and jumping for hours. We ignored it until 9:00 PM. Called front desk twice with no resolution despite saying they’d take care of it. Made a trip to the front desk. It quieted a little then continued through 1 AM. Moving to another room when we’re tire is not a resolution. Teach your managers customer issue resolution and enforce basic hotel etiquette. I’ll stick with the Marriott chain in the future.
