Clean room

We arrived late and tired after a very long and stressful drive and were greeted and treated very kindly and checked in with great efficiency. Very much appreciated. The room was clean and beds were comfortable. We only stayed 1 night so didn't get to check out the amenities. The breakfast was ok, nothing to get excited about.

The bed had a big depression in the mattress. Very uncomfortable!

Room was clean. Unfortunately it rained so we weren't able to use the pool. Great location. Staff was friendly

Was a good overall experience and stay

Very convenient location just off 81. Great for a layover on a longer trip. Many restaurants and stores nearby. There was nothing we didn’t like.

The staff was amazing. I forgot to get the names of the evening staff, but they were super helpful and tag teamed the check-in to make the process go faster, specifically while the gentleman was doing my finances the lady was getting the key cards and the car information ready. I actually used the exercise room the two nights we stayed, and it seemed pretty well maintained. The room was clean, the AC worked great, The only negative thing was the WiFi didn't seem to want to connect. It did seem to be a server/ISP thing, as I could connect to the network but not to the internet. The proximity to all the different shops and restaurants was also a huge plus.

Tv broken. Beds squeaky & divets in mattresses. Black hair in bathroom floor.

But in general, nice place, that I would choose again next time.

The whole stay was nothing but positive. Everything was top on the line for the price mark. The shower pressure was fantastic. I will come back.

Very friendly staff . My only complaint is the carpets were sticky and dirty. Carpet also stank like old wet and moldy. It was clean other than the carpet

The previous stay I had a room and the air conditioning wasn't working and the TV was broken but the front desk was very nice and changed my room. This was my last stay at this hotel and I have been staying there for years, usually six time a year.,

Nice pool area and gym area. Could use some love....easy things like paint touch ups. Overall not a bad one nighter in a road trip.

Needs to be more breakfast options. Other than that was a great stay
