Quality Inn Harrisonburg I-81

Well maintained property and good breafast.

The location was excellent; however, the quality of the hotel was not impressive. The staff was friendly enough, but the breakfast was mediocre.

Great gravy and biscuits breakfast. Just wished the had it on weekdays too!

We enjoy our stay. The kids love it and Manny( horay for luray lol) at the desk was very kind and helpful great job and keep up the good work.

The staff was very nice, the bed was comfortable but the carpet is worn out and the bathroom could use some updating

The hotel was the perfect location for my event. Everything needed was within walking distance. The room was spacious and clean. Breakfast was simple and very good.

I didn't try the breakfast, but my wife did-she gave it a 6/10. The waffles and muffins were tasty, but the coffee was "no bueno" Perhaps a collaboration with Folgers or a local coffee house would lead to better results. The pillows were pretty small, with no additional pillows in the room. Also, no blankets were available in the room other than what was already made in the bed.

Room furnished like a Holiday Inn, with same breakfast choices - so for the money, we were impressed. Recent reno, furnishings fairly new, mattress very good. Quiet and great for rest! Walking distance to my conference, and plentiful parking, too. Great stay. The only qualifier to room comfort: the AC just couldn't seem to wick any moisture out of the air. There was no mold or odor, which is great, but it was uniformly wet-feeling throughout three days. Not quite uncomfortable, because temp was cool - but still odd. All else was very good!

The bathroom was too small

This was such a pleasant positive surprise. Very nice rooms with just the right room amenities, pleasant and professional staff. It all made our short stay very convenient and pleasant.

Very convenient, clean, quiet hotel. Nice outdoor pool area. Breakfast buffet and 24/7 coffee were very helpful. Good staff. Only problem was I couldn't get on WiFi at all.

Hotel felt like it could do with a really good clean, surfaces in common areas around elevator and floor in room were not that clean
