We had a great stay at this hotel. The beds were comfortable. The room was nicely decorated and clean. My girls enjoyed the pool and said it was a nice temperature. We also had an enjoyable breakfast. If our daughter chooses to go to JMU we will definitely be back.

We were not informed upon arrival that the elevator was not in service. I had my 3 children with me, 2 under 2. My mother who recently underwent a total knee replacement. I had to make multiple trips to up 2 flights of stairs to get everything into the room. Then another to get my children upstairs. It was too late to try and find other accommodations. When I checked out, all the manager could say was that 1 elevator was finally working.

After waiting for an hour for a room to be cleaned by the elevator ( wife recently had back surgery) our room was one away from the farthest from the elevator. Minus one star. Room was good, tv could do an upgrade. Very clean, shower awesome, breakfast buffet well you know. Ridge Restaurant was okay. Some food really good some not. Mountain View in distance. Nothing outstanding, but nice stay

Absolutely amazing place! Room we stayed in was by far the best I have ever seen. 5th floor tavern was great, and food was amazing as well. Amenities, cleanliness, staff, everything was absolutely top notch! Definitely will be returning.
