Hyatt Place Harrisonburg

GH

Did not eat breakfast

Breakfast staff was amazing Rooms weee very clean, everyone was nice

It is a beautiful property and the rooms are very nice. I called to tell the hotel staff we would be arriving late. They proceeded to start a process they knew would cause problems with my check in 5 minutes before I arrived and didn’t think to call us. Then they proceeded to charge me full price for the room after I had already paid the full price of the room. I went to the staff in the morning to get that fixed which they promised and even emailed that it was all set. It in fact was not all set. It’s now been 2 weeks and I have no received a refund for this. It’s been hard to get a hold of anyone to help which is very frustrating

Exceptional

This is a great place with teriffic staff - - who will work hard to make sure you stay is great.

Exceptional

The room was very clean well designed and comfortable. The upstair restaurant has a wonderful outside sitting area with a great view. The free breakfast looks good but is not very tasty. Location was great.

We had an excellent 2day stay at Hyatt Harrisonburg location. Staff was so nice and accommodating….breakfast and restaurant were great…. Would stay here again…the room was roomy and comfortable….
