Everything was very nice. The AC/heat made a funny noise but it was ok. My tv didn't work but I was busy anyway. The breakfast offering could have been better but all in all our stay was fine.

I had paid through Expedia prior to traveling. When I checked in, since I had used One Key points I was charged another $150 when I got there. Breakfast is also an overstatement, there are some prepackaged muffins and coffee. The property was nice, new, and clean but having to pay extra was absolutely ridiculous, I have never had any other hotel do that.

The hotel was wonderful. My husband was at RMH in Harrisonburg, VA and this was across the street from the hotel. May I suggest a discount to customers who have family members in the hospital. I made my booking through Booking.com. What I understood was I would pay my bill at checkout but I was charge as soon I made the reservations. Hyatt Studious charged my account when we checked out. As my husband had been in the hospital since our stay I haven’t had time to correct the error. If you could help me with this I would appreciate it.

The clock had an alarm that we didn't set, and Noa woke up twice.

Newer or remodeled, TV glitched the whole time, AC would not turn off, constant noise. Shower splattered water all over floor no matter how the curtain was arranged . It was oddly a combo of a bare bones hotel with a full kitchen For family of 4 it was a bit crowded.
