Extremely clean. Only 3 months old. Very well maintained

The hotel was nice. It has a mid size refrigerator (as opposed to those tiny refrigerators usually seen in hotels), a full sink and the room was nicely laid out. One minor distraction was that the TV didn't work and there was no one there who could fix it. Additionally, we were not able to connect to the internet..... may have been related as to why the TV didn't work. The host at the hotel was apologetic however was unable to fix the problem.

It was just an excellent stay and I would definitely go back .

The property is very new. I like the Hyatt studio concept. It’s much like the Hilton extended stays that came out 20 years ago, but it’s a smaller room, which is fine by me. The manage of this property is far above what you will experience with most managers. Extremely professional.

While the facility was very nice I was fairly disappointed when I was charged a $50 security deposit that wasn’t mentioned at booking on Expedia. I hate being quoted a total then charged a different amount when I arrive to check in. For that reason alone , I won’t be staying here again

Loved the room! Continental breakfast was a disappointment. No juices, only fruit was oranges. No water. Just coffee

There isn’t a covered pull-in or canopy at the entrance, so since it was raining, we had to wait before unloading our luggage.

This property must be brand new. Everything was clean and the bed was very comfortable. The breakfast was just bagged muffins and granola bars with tea & coffee.

Rate was great. The staff was extremely helpful. The room was simple, but had all the amenities including stove, fridge, microwave and good coffee.

I stayed twice to break up my trip to and from the Carolina’s and it was great both times. The breakfast was just a muffin and granola bars and coffee/tea so if you’re looking for a breakfast buffet. There’s no hot food available. Otherwise the staff over night was great and helpful. And the hotel is brand new.

The “continental breakfast” was also extremely underwhelming; just apples, oranges, coffee, and muffins. No variety, no protein, nothing warm. It felt more like a quick lobby snack than an actual breakfast offering. This hotel has a lot of potential because it’s new and visually appealing, but the experience itself was awful. Between the lack of basic amenities and the bare‑minimum breakfast, it didn’t meet the standard I expect from Hyatt.

AC temp was not working right - usually was freezing by morning 4. Breakfast was as advertised but one morning blueberry muffins were still frozen.

Everything was perfect! All new and the staff were great! Very helpful and friendly.

Hotel was new and clean. Located close to shopping, restaurants and gas. Breakfast was OK…..Staff was friendly and helpful. Rooms were spacious and had a full-size fridge! Safe and convenient space to walk dogs. Price for room and pet fee was very reasonable. Will definitely stay again.

The location is another plus. There are several grocery stores and restaurants nearby, and it’s only about a 10-minute drive to downtown Harrisonburg, making it a great base for exploring the area or visiting Shenandoah National Park. There are a few areas that could be improved. The complimentary breakfast is quite limited at the moment, with only oranges, bananas, muffins, Nutri-Grain bars, tea, and coffee. It would be nice to see more substantial options in the future. Since the hotel is newly constructed, there was also a noticeable “new building” smell in the room. In addition, I found the air conditioner a bit difficult to adjust, making it challenging to maintain a comfortable temperature. Overall, I had a good experience and would stay here again. As the hotel continues to settle in and expands its amenities, I think it has the potential to be an excellent place to stay.

Nice place to stay

Nice clean room with views, fully stocked kitchenette, friendly staff, breakfast was only a muffin and offer, a bit disappointed in breakfast choice.

Coffee is put away immediately after breakfast *Extra housekeeping other than once a week has a fee *Does NOT except cash for anything Other than that , the location is great. Right beside Walmart and several fast food places. Hotel is beautiful. Staff is friendly..

It’s a beautiful new hotel. It still smells like new construction. The rooms were nice. The only thing I would have liked to see was a hot breakfast instead of a grab and go. Otherwise, we had a great stay.
