Ramada by Wyndham Harrisonburg

We arrived late, close to midnight. Check in was in neighboring hotel. Not bad, quick check in. However, A/C did not work, would not stay on and I got stuck with a pet room because it smelled like a wet dog. When I booked, I made sure I picked a regular room. Breakfast is included but it’s very basic. Small egg patties, cereal, muffins, bagels and two fruits to choose from. Nothing else. Rooms are outdated but that part was fine I guess, I knew it wasn’t a luxury hotel.

I liked that the rooms were side by side. I also liked the layout of the rooms The place is falling apart. Water leaking from the ceiling. Confusing lights. It needs tlc

The room is clean and the hotel is near to food places.

Ground floor room

Room wasn't ready on time, even we came two hours later than check in time. Parking is okay, staff is friendly. Breakfast is very limited.

No closet! Shower drain is stopped up or slow so lots of water gets out onto the floor. The air conditioner didn’t work okay, something is wrong with it. The breakfasts were good though. Checking in was difficult and being hit with an extra $50 deposit that is allegedly going to be refunded (haven’t see it yet) was a huge surprise and I’ve never encountered that before.

Breakfast foods were well stocked, hot and fresh. Location was conveniently located right off the interstate. Facility is well kept. Smoking inside the pool area. While swimming with my grandchildren the smell and sight of smoking was unwanted.

Cable service for the TV was terrible. The breakfast began at 7:00, very late. No access to the lobby from 11 p.m.-7 a.m. No early morning coffee.

all night fire alarm make noise, because need change battery, l have poor sleep

Paid for 2 nights stayed 1 night. Ramada Harrisonburg, VA, would not refund my 2nd night. I will not stay at a Ramada/Wyndham hotel, again.

The bathroom door in one of the rooms didn’t close all the way because humidity made it swell.

Ac was broken and they would not issue refund

The breakfast was not great. I checked it out on the first day but was not pleased. The bananas were not fresh, and the coffee was not good.

Nothing Expensive and people are scary outside one of the guest had a pit bull and he was outside smoking weed

Nice room good air-conditioning. Pool was very nice. Hotel right beside Dunkin and cracker barrel was a big plus.

The cleanliness
