Best Western Plus Harrisonburg

Breakfast was hot. Pool was warm.

Well homeless people cracked out in the back near the back door was definitely a problem for me. After getting in the room “incidental” fee was a $200 hold for 5-7 days was outrageous. The bed was comfortable, the hotel was clean and quiet so that was good. The breakfast was less than the typical for the “free breakfast”. Basically a bowl of cereal. You hat being said. The room was clean, quiet and comfortable bed. Ok for a one night stay and move on.

Poor plastic breakfast - no healthy options

The breakfast was a little bit shy of standards. The front desk staff needed to engage a little bit more with their introduction. Such as volunteer the Wi-Fi password explain that breakfast is in the morning just be a bit more welcoming.

There's a reason we return to this hotel every year on our way to Vermont. I made a total of six reservations for the trip. The manager at Best Western Plus Harrisonburg was the only person to follow up with a special request I listed when making reservations. We weren't able to stay for breakfast this time, but we've enjoyed it in the past. It is a very clean hotel, and we already look forward to staying with them again in 2027.

Overall a good hotel. Not the top Best Western Plus I've stayed in. Breakfast was pretty skimpy. The keurig coffee maker in my room was broken.

Best western + never disappoints. Clean and easy

Overpriced for what it offered. Generally clean and comfortable. Staff was not particularly friendly. Breakfast was short many items already at 7:30am. Not a horrible stay but way overpriced.

The room was clean but the breakfast was rough. Things like creamer, forks, and plates were not refilled. They also frequently ran out of milk, breads, and some of the hot food as well.

Room was clean. Beds were comfortable. Quiet place to stay that is fine for one night, passing through area. Breakfast awful..dry, poor selection. Pool broken. Would spend more to stay a nicer place.

I didn’t find the evening staff at the desk to be helpful. The pool wasn’t working and neither did the tv in the room. When I asked about the tv it was as if I was an inconvenience.

Superb

The Room was nice, however, the noise (TV) from other rooms could be heard. The Heat/AC Unit was not consistent, too hot, then too cold, could not get a comfortable temperature.

The bed was comfy, the location was perfect for our traveling needs, the breakfast was decent, and the staff were kind and efficient. The handheld shower hooked onto the sliding fastener did not work properly and was too low for anyone over 5 foot 4 to wash their head/hair.

Hotel was fresh looking, clean, up to date. Breakfast was limited- not may yogurts or bread in the case; "eggs" did not look like eggs other than being round yellow cooked things (no appetizing looking at all). Waffles are great but only one unit for all those trying to eat at the same time. Hoteo lobby coffee when I checked in at 9pm was lukewarm at best (poured it out).
