Great breakfast, clean Nothing

Not a whole lot There was an oder when you walked into the hotel. The entire hotel needs to be renovated. Carpet in the room was worn. Shower in the bathroom has seen better days. I would not shower in there. Toilets needed updating. They were so low to the floor. TV needs to be updated.

Easy access Very clean

Too much construction and replacement furniture. Fell like I was visiting Fred Sanford's house.

The breakfast buffet was the best one I have ever seen

Friendly staff. Breakfast buffet had a nice selection. Located in an area with options for dinner and close to the downtown area.

The price of our stay was inexpensive, but not what is typical standard of Hampton Inn.

Clean and comfortable. Convenient location. Quick and easy check-in. Good breakfast with helpful staff keeping the breakfast area clean and tidy. I'd stay here again.

Wonderful front desk staff and the hotel was extremely clean.

I’m sure this is a location that people just pass through on I-81. It’s not a place you come for the weekend but it felt like an overnight in motel 6.

Reservation made through Expedia was not transmitted to hotel. We had to make arrangements ourselves.

Dirty - old carpet

I expected more from a Hampton location. Our stay was okay since it was a short overnight. However, the bed was the hardest bed I have ever slept on. The TV remote didn't work so I felt like I was back in the 70's. The A/C fluctuated from fairly hot to cold throughout the night. Breakfast was good. We stay in the area 5-6 times per year and will compare other locations before we book here again.
