We stayed for three nights, and ate breakfast three times. The building was fairly new and well laid out. The people were very friendly. There was enough variety at breakfast that I didn't have to eat the same thing three days in a row. If the property has a fault, it was that the room was a bit small for two adults, one of whom is over 6'4" tall. We bumped into each other at times. I spent some time in the lobby, which was quiet with great seating options.

Tru is still a fairly new hotel and it still smells fresh as if it opened yesterday. We absolutely enjoyed our over night stay in a relaxing room fresh room. Check in was easy, receptionist was pleasant and informative. Shower in room, soap plus lotion was great. The gym and pool table was inviting if wanted little entertaining and we also loved being able to walk right next door to the Cracker Barrel for dinner or various choices close by. Everything went pretty well for us. The only con I would have is the breakfast was just OK for me. It could use minor upgrading for tastyness. All n all I'd still give 9/10.

Room was clean, but shower door would not close, water leaks all over the floor. Super surprised that there was no coffee maker in these Hilton hotel rooms.

The room was clean. It was a little small but served its purpose. Staff was polite. The breakfast was better than many places with fresh fruit, a pancake machine, a warming tray of premade cheese omelets and sliced sausage, cereals, hard boiled eggs, etc.

I was there 15 mins before check in and still couldn’t get a room for 45 minutes. The room was sufficient but the small fridge was dead warm and not working. The AC however worked almost too good for the small size of the room…hardly ever set the AC to auto but had to here.

We liked the room a lot. Updated features with blackout shades. Air conditioner worked well. The room was clean. But there was an odor in the bathroom that may have been from a dog or other animal. Other than that, the room is set up to be very convenient. The Continental Breakfast and coffee bar were decent and well maintained. I was disappointed in the way the ice machine is handled. It is centrally located on the first floor. You have to use buckets that are reused nested next to the ice machine. They are supposably sanitized. The ones we tried to use we either broken, wet and two had human hair in the bucket. New bags to insert into the buckets would've helped.
