We try always to stay at TRU hotels when we travel because we know they will be clean and well maintained. They staff is always friendly and helpful.

We prefer to stay at Tru hotels because we think the lack of carpeting allows a much cleaner environment.

The location was good, just off I-81 and next to a restaurant. I liked the layout of the room and especially liked the layout of the bathroom. The products were great. I had your hot breakfast, mini cheese omelet and meat (not sure what kind). The omelet was dry and barely warm. The meat was tasty but also barely warm. I did have a muffin which was good.

Very easy check in and the room was clean. Breakfast in the morning was very good as well with a lot of options.

Very conveniently located by the highway, safe, clean without carpet, and friendly staff. We were on the first floor and there was an odor in our room.

The breakfast was very convenient and good. Room was a little noisy due to outside garbage company.

Hotel was of good quality and the bed was comfortable. I had no idea what I was booking when a 'hearing' room was listed. Turns out this is a disabled room on the first floor. The hotel is located right by a few others and in an area with constant truck traffic which goes on all night. Very hard to get any sleep with all the noise from the roads surrounding the property.

The 3rd floor hallway smelled like dog urine. Also, the room close to the elevator 312 you constantly hear the pinging of the elevator door. My daughter was woke up by it.

Clean, conveniently located, friendly staff. Egg omelette and sausage were not good. Thankfully, there were other items on the breakfast bar.
