El Rancho Inn Hawthorne

For the price, this is a good, moderate hotel that offers solid value. The staff were exceptionally friendly, welcoming, and genuinely helpful, better than at many places where I've stayed. They always seemed happy to assist with anything I needed. The bed was very clean, the sheets were fresh, and the bedding quality was better than I expected for this price range. The soap and shampoo were basic, similar to what you find in most budget hotels, but everything was clean and well maintained. If you're looking for a clean, comfortable place with excellent customer service at a reasonable price, I would definitely recommend El Ranchero Hotel.

I liked the size of the room. I liked location of room. There was no towel rail to hang shower towel; there was no toilette paper holder. There was a long hair in bathroom laying on baseboard. There was no couch. There was a need for an extra pillow!.

Nice and clean

Location The whole experience. I didn’t feel safe. They were cigarette holes in the bedsheets. There was a poop I’m the toilet when I got to my room. I immediately checked out as soon as I got to the room, I booked another hotel.

The location despite being in a very degraded neighbourhood is conveniently located close to the airport. I cant understand how this facility has a 10 rating. In apparently a very dangerous neighbourhood mecessitating checking in and out behind windowed counters not letting the client to enter the office.Everything in the room worn out, not renovated for decades!
