No deposit fee the lady was very nice and the room was very comfortable There were people yelling not all the time but in the morning around 5-8 there were people next door upstairs and down yelling for no reason it was those people

Easy access to airport Bathroom were poor bad paint not updated.. toilet was dirty and. Tub was filthy

Loved it here I stayed from Monday night- Thursday morning it was a good stay

They fixed the fridge.

The location was great. Close to freeway and shopping. The office attendant was pleasant and courteous. The furniture was run down. I didn’t use the shower; it may have been clean, but it looked dirty. I saw bugs when I woke up one night to use the restroom. I had to stand outside to check in. If the weather was bad, customers would be in trouble.

For the price, this is a good, moderate hotel that offers solid value. The staff were exceptionally friendly, welcoming, and genuinely helpful, better than at many places where I've stayed. They always seemed happy to assist with anything I needed. The bed was very clean, the sheets were fresh, and the bedding quality was better than I expected for this price range. The soap and shampoo were basic, similar to what you find in most budget hotels, but everything was clean and well maintained. If you're looking for a clean, comfortable place with excellent customer service at a reasonable price, I would definitely recommend El Ranchero Hotel.

I liked the size of the room. I liked location of room. There was no towel rail to hang shower towel; there was no toilette paper holder. There was a long hair in bathroom laying on baseboard. There was no couch. There was a need for an extra pillow!.

Nice and clean

Location The whole experience. I didn’t feel safe. They were cigarette holes in the bedsheets. There was a poop I’m the toilet when I got to my room. I immediately checked out as soon as I got to the room, I booked another hotel.
