Clean hotel,nice staff

Overall the hotel is excellent.

Had 2 nights with loud upstairs neighbors until 1am. Otherwise the stay was excellent.

Super bien , es un hotel muy familiar!! Super limpio todo , y con desayuno incluido super super bien! La única cosa mala fue que el cuarto tenía un olor muy feo fuerte….. como a tabaco viejo aunque era prohibido fumar. Pero solo eso. Si regresaré 👍

The room was amazing, bed was comfortable, and staff were super friendly and helpful.

Had a great stay,only a few problems, air conditioner was extremely loud,had to sleep with off,and never got a turnover in 5 days.

This was one of my favorite stays. The rooms are clean and spacious, the staff was kind and always provided help, the breakfast was always refilled and fresh. This location is perfect distance to the airport, the mall, eateries and recreational areas including the SoFi. Definitely Recommend!

TownePlace was very spacious. The staff were very helpful . We appreciate all the amenities and free breakfast . One thing I can say is the security can do a better job watching over the property .

Other than that, the rooms themselves were clean, the free breakfast was great, again lots and lots of guests in the breakfast area. Not enough space to sit. But the staff were nice and helpful.

Very poor service. Pull out couch had no mattress and we had to switch rooms. Then new room only had 2 towels for 4 adults, had hair in the shower and it took over 4 hours to get two extra towels for my sons after three attempts. Then to top it off they woke us up at 11:00 pm b/c the maintenance guy thought our refrigerator was broke. Will never come back. Stayed for a 24 hour layover.

The room was decently clean. The shower floor was a bit stained. One drawer needed to be cleaned in the kitchen. The kitchen was well equipped with dishes. They had nice and plenty of towels. Even one just for makeup removal. Bed was extremely comfy and sheets were very clean. Good size refrigerator was available in our room to keep our drinks cool. A/C was great. We had a big window available to let the sun in and black out curtains to keep it out. Very nice mirror in the restroom to get ready. The outdoor area was very clean and the pool looked refreshing. 9/10 I would recommend and definitely stay here again.

I wish house cleaning would come during our 7 day stay.

The 24 hour gym and laundry room is very convenient. The cooktop in the room and the large refrigitator are a plus. The room was spacious for 5.

It’s good

Basketball court l, which was an added bonus, and pool kept the kids entertained. Safe property with security guard presence, helpful staff were always available and approachable. Breakfast was also a nice amenity and the staff, specifically Tanya, provided excellent customer service during the breakfasts. There is also a Laundry room and large gym! Parking is $25 per night which is a lot cheaper than other hotels.
