The hotel looked extremely clean however the room was not. The shower was so gross looking we wore sandals in the shower.

We were given handicapped room, everything was designed for them, not for us ordinary folks..No privacy curtain on a 2nd floor room facing str, either fully opens or closes, no sunblocking transparent curtains either, no chairs for the table, not fully working stove, not properly working sink, sofabed was horrible, bayhroom facut easily falling off, bathdoor lock with sharp edges cut my arm, shower water runs into the whole bathroom floor, kitchen amenities limited. But, their staff was great to help out, but our spirit n ltd vacation time adversely impacted allready. They waived parking ticket to compensate a bit. VERY BAD EXPERIENCE!! STAFF WAS VERY HELPFULL!

The staff were so friendly and accommodating. Great location, we stayed for anime expo and Ubered to the LA convention center. Will 100% be staying there again; clean and welcoming, easy breakfast, nice pool, well stocked kitchenet with a dishwasher and big fridge. Only thing I would suggest is a waffle maker for the complementary breakfast😊

I had an amazing experience at this property. The room was clean and very good AC. Everything was available for the kitchen. We even grilled by the pool . The staff and house keepers were very professional. The breakfast was always on time and very good. My family loved our stay and will be using them again. Grocery stores and banks right in front. Nothing was too far away walking distance. Thank you again!!

It looks way better on pictures then in real life, not very cleaned, very loud and odd people in hotel and around, there was this lady vomited in the pool which was gross people with dirty feed very dirty going into the pool and jacuzzi. I do not recommend this hotel especially if you travel with kids. Breakfast is not good and disaster there. Never coming back. My kitchen was dirty i have pics of it i found hair all over my bed and i had a little kid sleeping in there :( so no no no. They meed to pay attention to a lot of things there.

Great place we'll be back again for my next trip

Overall, everything was excellent and we had a great stay. The hotel was clean, comfortable, and enjoyable. The only issue was that the elevators were quite slow when going up and down. If a little more attention could be given to their maintenance and performance, the guest experience would be even better. Other than that, everything was perfect. Thank you

One of the best hotels I ever been.It's like a small apartment with everything inside stove, microwave fridge.

The pool and spa were nice. The fire features were warm and pretty

I had to ask multiple times for towels, toilet paper and sheets to be changed. I was told a manager would call me. That never happened.

Love their breakfast buffet and their pool. There’s a security 24/7.

We have terrible experience first room the sofa bed wasn’t working we had came from theme park, we were tired and when we tried used it didn’t opened and didn’t have a mattress the rude lady at front desk told I have to option move to another room in another floor or stay there it was almost 11pm and also take long to bring the other key for the other room. Also the handle from the bathroom floor was broken. The new room wasn’t really clean and the sofa bed mattress was like broken or something had a bump and was uncomfortable to sleep . I do not recommend for families and for the price the rooms are not worth.

Clean rooms, immediate attention to needed items. Dishwasher in one room was not working. Other than that, I appreciated the size of the rooms as well as the amenities.
