The carpet was so dirty

The staff was always polite, and the room and property is always clean. I never saw it dirty. Only neg is the elevator not working for a while according to reviews, makes it inconvenient for patrons to navigate the property with ease, the younger generation seemed to not mind, unlike us seniors.

Rooms clean and renovated. Good TV channels. Parking is walkable and in multi storey building next door. Costs $15 extra. Pool clean and in the middle of property. It is adequate but lacks privacy. You will need a car to get to this property but it is worth it for value, location and friendly staff. I am a returning guest from the UK and this is my to go to hotel on a stopover

Room request to have all rooms assigned together was honoured and I am grateful to the very helpful and polite gentleman who was on reception when we arrived in the evening. Rooms were allocated on ground floor as elevators not working. Breakfast spread was more than ample and included eggs, muffins, cereals, yoghurts, coffee, teas, orange juice, toast and sausage patty.

The staff were really helpful. The elevator was not functioning but they assisted us in carrying our bags to the room. They also brought us a crib for our baby. Super helpful in general and very kind staff

After booing a stay with the ramada by Wyndam LAX its was disgusting so the Cockatoo was a delight the facility was so clean and the staff was very friendly and helpful the only only issue was the elevator was broken and I am a thick n juicy cutie but it wasn't that bad lol this is my new go to when I visit home

Staff was nice and helpful however elevator not working, a/c was VERY LOUD, breakfast was too congested. Make more serving stations available.
