Comfort Inn Cockatoo near LAX Airport

Very nice room. Was larger than expected. Same with the bathroom, definitely had enough space for 2 people to move around freely. Parking was eh but not too bad.

The Continental breakfast was great and the kitchen amenities made it easier in the budget.

Getting checked in and out was terrible because there’s no drive way for the property and road was closed off right by the hotel so anyone checking in had to flip a U and hopefully find a parking on the road .Parking is horrible only allow 1 parking garage pass per room and the beds were so uncomfortable. Was told parking passes were sold out when we asked for a second one and then said they would be $30 more per night for a second car when we already paid $15 per night for the first car.

Not in a great area. The staff was friendly but the hotel was a bit run down and needs some improvement. Relatively clean and the bed and bathroom were fine. It is close to transit. No street parking. We paid $16 to park in the parade nearby.

Very clean and beautiful was amazing !

Room was very clean when we arrived and very organized. The staff was very helpful.

Every thing was awesome

Clean room

There was no body wash but 2 shampoo and 1 conditioner how you supposed to wash your body

Hotel was clean but staff is not very courteous or pleasant. We requested our one suitcase storage for 4 days and they refused stating they don't have space.

Easy Check-in

The breakfast was delicious

Building is old

Because our flight was delayed, I called to explain that we would not arrive until around 2:00 a.m. The staff member was incredibly kind and made sure someone was awake and waiting for us with the door open, even though it would normally have been locked at that hour. We were warmly welcomed, and everything was explained to us despite our very late arrival. The room was exceptional. The bed and pillows were extremely comfortable, the temperature was perfect, and our balcony overlooking the pool was wonderful. The bathroom was probably the best we have ever had in a hotel, and the amazing whirlpool tub was especially fun! Breakfast also looked fresh and delicious, although unfortunately we did not have the opportunity to eat before leaving. What impressed me most happened after our departure. We accidentally left our beloved teddy bear in the room. Before I even had a chance to call, the hotel contacted me to let me know that they had found it and would keep it safely for us for up to a month. We have forgotten things at hotels before, but this was the first time a hotel proactively called us. That level of honesty, attention, and genuine care meant so much to us—especially because the teddy bear is very special to my child. This was truly an outstanding experience. I wholeheartedly recommend this hotel and will absolutely stay here again!

Kids running around late, noisy intoxicated adults bamming on the door trying to get in. I've stayed here before this is the first the noise level has been this bad.

Super clean room and in very good state.

Nice place to stay in LAX.
