Honesty is the best policy. The place was good for the price, my boyfriend got stuck in the bathroom within the first 5 minutes we had the room since the door handles fell off and they definitely do not mop lol I stepped on the floor barefoot and they were black af. Def ask for some towels and toiletries if you desire since they don’t supply. ATM was broken but requires deposit.. not everyone carries cash. They are very strict on their 11am check out.. been there done that but they charge you for an extra day if you’re late by a couple minutes. The female Indian staff were sweet and polite where as the man was just standing on business, you get the work ethic. Overall, I will definitely not be coming here again just because I don’t want to lol but for needing a bad for the night or a couple days is nice and comfortable just clean the room yourself or ask them to do it again lol

The aminities were used, half empty.

I had to walk around with the towel on the floor because my grey socks turned black from walking without shoes. The floor was also sticky. The beds were clean but not adequate pillows- on a king bed you should have 4 pillows. They didnt have any extras. Location was okay but a lot of weed smoking nearby.

The bath room was not clean. Signs of bugs on and around the toliet seat. The staff were pleasant and helpful.

Decent places to stay the bed was comfortable. Things were clean if you need a place to stay for a night who definitely would do. It parking was free.

The pictures in the app It had roaches it smelled funny and they wanted a deposit for no reason.

Clean & room smells good. Close to LAX @ sofi. If you are on a budget, this is great place. I feel safe as solo traveler. The area & parking is well lighted. Had some privacy off from the street. Fridge & microwave are a must amenities for me. I will stay here again.

The room was okay. Unfortunately, not well maintained. There were forehead and fingerprints on the inside of the window. The remote had duct tape to hold the battery door closed. The door handle in the bathroom pull off in my hand. The soap was broken, the hair conditioner and lotion were half used tiny bottles used by someone else.

It looked nice Honestly the employees are a little mean especially front desk and a lot and homeless around the property

The hospitality no extra towels

My stay was substandard and not to code. The sheets and pillow cases were not changed because hair was present . Told staff and was very apologetic and changed them. 15 minutes later, we realized the tub/shower not cleaned. Hair was in there as well. The toilet seat was sticky. After using the bathroom, I tried to open the closed bathroom door, the knob completely came off and couldn't get out unless the person from outside opened it. It was comical and it only got worst. For the sink, the water wouldn't drain and by morning it was still full. At check in I saw that there was only a little bit of toilet paper left on the roll, and didn't think anything of it. But in the middle of the night, we ran out of toilet paper. No replacement roll was found in the room. Had to use tissue from my pocket. Also noticed, the fire alarm wasn't present, just the circlular part that was screwed into the wall. Called hotels.com and forwarded them pictures and filed a complaint. Hotels.com said they have to talk to management of the hotel in order to do a refund. The management denied it because it was a nonrefundable room. I had booked two nights, but left after the first night due to substandard conditions. I had no confidence to stay another night and little confidence that a room change would be any better.
