Was treated very poorly by the staff , I’m gone with my mother and grandmother unfortunately, it was not the best day. We were not able to enjoy the amenities, and we were not able to enjoy the room due to all the commotion, and none of this was told before.d

Fully equipped kitchenette if that's what you need. Beds were comfortable enough. Clean up is once a week which was inconvenient for us since we were having to ask for towels and toilet paper throughout our stay. I would say this is more for long term stays rather than vacation.

The rooms were very clean; the staff was friendly and helpful. Great stay!

Room size and cleanliness, free Costa coffee No breakfast, paid parking, neighbourhood not the best.

Bed and chair were oddly sticky and did not support weight well. Was in a room near the lobby, and the echo from there was loud in my room. There was an odd smell in the room that made me feel sick - possibly some kind of cleaning solution. I was unable to stay there and checked out within minutes. I was not refunded the cost of my stay. I would not recommend this hotel if environment is a factor for you.

There wasn't a swimming pool our sofa seat inside of the room was broken parking pretty much sucked. And it wasn't updated enough to have charging stations in the room so if you forgot your cube or if your charger broke you had no way of charging your devices.

It's the best hotel and the staff is excellent they are very respectful and they really make you feel comfortable and welcome to the hotel I will highly recommend Candlewood Hotel 100%

The worst possible, highly not recommended

Maria and staff are always friendly, helpful, and welcoming. The laundry amenity is clutch! I would definitely stay again.

We booked a room for 4 people. However, e 2 towels, 1 comforter, no hair drier, 2 plates, 2 forks and 2 knifes.
