Hawthorne Plaza Inn

Disappointing

Don't be fooled by the first appearance. This is obviously an older hotel, but it is very well kept. Room looked like it was recently remodeled. Very clean and comfortable. Nice neighborhood. No vagrants around like I read in reviews of so many other places. My only complaint was that there isn't an icemaker on the property. However, that wouldn't stop me from renting again. Loved my stay.

The place was a great stay had no complaints, the lady at the front was very sweet too she had her hair in a bun forgot her name but she was very nice!

Super good hotel, staff was nice and was able to check in early. My stay was wonderful! Clean room and ac worked perfectly. Parking was great as well.

The place was not appealing, parking was horrible, they required an additional a credit card for a $100 hold, even though my stay was prepaid. There isn't an ice machine and no water was provided. ALSO there was a bug in the bath tub and only 2 towels was provided. No towels and absolutely no amenities

I like your facility because it is close to my family. I stay at Hawthorne Plaza because it is in walking distance from my sister's home. For three of days I was there, I had to get my keys reset and the coffee machine didn't work.I

Remodeled Motel,with a comfortable bed .And modern bathroom .Clean and quiet. No privacy curtain behind the Black-out,pull down blind. Carpark is overdue for a Reseal.

For a motel, it was okay. The staff was friendly, parking was free and convenient, and the air conditioner worked well, although it was a bit loud. Overall, it wasn’t a bad stay for the price. We were only there for two nights and just needed a clean, no-frills place to sleep, and it served that purpose.
