Fast check in and helpful staff, the room was great with lots of well designed areas for bags. Beds super comfortable! Clean room but if you’re sensitive to freeway noise ask for a room on the north side of the building. Breakfast was actually really good with lots of healthy options and grab and go items. Good place to stop and sleep on your way through for sure.

They have a great breakfast and the people that work the breakfast area are super friendly and helpful.

The room did not have a pleasant smell. Not sure if it was a pet that had been in there or feet. Other than that the hotel was nice.

The shower head only had one setting and was a hard stream. The faucet at the sink was so short you could not hardly get your hands under the water.

The check-in process was efficient and staff were professional and friendly. I only needed a clean room and good nights sleeps but got much more value at Avid for the same money as a room down the road. Avid will be the first brand of hotel I look for when traveling and needing to make reservations.

I did not have the breakfast this time but in the past I have stayed there before and the breakfast was excellent. The door to 207 seemed to need to be pushed hard or slammed to latch correctly.

Friendly staff. My room wall backed up to the elevators and I hardly heard any noise. And they were very busy for FHSU graduation. The staff created a cute photo opp corner for the graduates.

Front desk was rude and there was hair in the bath tub when we arrived. And there was also no towels in the pool area we had to go ask the front desk for them

Staff was nice but room was dirty. Stains on floor and bathroom tiles were coming up. Worked for a night but wouldn’t stay again

Pretty disappointing. Trash was littered throughout room in all corners; housekeeping is apparently lax and seem to not have much pride in their jobs . Breakfast was not very impressive, ended up just tossing most of the hot prepared items as it was just not very good. Front clerks were great.

Clean room, comfortable bed, nice hot shower and good breakfast assortment, including almond milk.
