We have stayed in other hotels in Hays in the past and we were ready to try something different. We are very happy with our recent day at this hotel. The building was clean and modern with lots of natural light and pleasing colors. Our room was very spacious and the bathroom was also a great size. The elevator worked quickly and the breakfast was quite nice. The next time we have a stay over in Hays, we will return.

I stay at this hotel regularly because it is convenient to the interstate, in a safe area, and close to restaurants I like.

The hotel was clean enough. The walls and floors are ridiculously thin. The a/c made awful noises all night long.

Lovely newer hotel. Although close to the highway it was very quiet. Typical breakfast buffet with fresh ground coffee. Cute little snack market for those evening snack attacks. Will definitely stay again.

I selected a handicap room when I booked through Expedia. When I arrived, I once again requested a handicap room. When I arrived in the room and started unpacking, I thought, I better check the bathroom...it was not a handicap room. I called the front desk

Nice modern hotel clean a nice little in-house marketplace for snacks and what not. Nice that it’s right off I 70 and close to the highway. Would recommend staying there again the price was better than surrounding hotels.

When we arrived, the lobby was spotless and gave us a great first impression. We were warmly welcomed by a young man named Cruz, who greeted us with a smile and a wonderful sense of humor that immediately made us feel at home. I was traveling to Hays for a medical procedure, so I had a few special requests. I had reserved a second room because we were expecting another family member to join us, and it was important that both rooms be located close together. I also requested rooms on the top floor and asked for daily housekeeping service. Cruz went above and beyond to accommodate every request without hesitation. His kindness, professionalism, and attention to detail truly stood out. Throughout our stay, whenever he saw us in the lobby, he made a point to check in and ask how everything was going and if there was anything we needed. That level of genuine customer service is becoming rare and was greatly appreciated. Our housekeeper, who cared for Room 403 from July 16–18, also deserves recognition. She did an outstanding job every single day. The room smelled fresh and clean each time we returned, and everything was immaculate. It's clear she takes great pride in her work, and it made our stay even more comfortable during a stressful time.From the exceptional customer service and accommodations, every part of our stay exceeded our expectations!

Breakfast was crowded with no seating. Clearly an older building- which smelt of decades of cigarette smoke. Had a hard time breathing because of it. Reasonably clean but the remodel was obviously done cheaply and showing wear.

Friendly and helpful staff Dirty/unmopped floors, sticky bathroom door handle, beetle in shower, shower gel shot out (not downward), bugs in the stairwell, mini-fridge partially froze items I put in it.

Fast check in and helpful staff, the room was great with lots of well designed areas for bags. Beds super comfortable! Clean room but if you’re sensitive to freeway noise ask for a room on the north side of the building. Breakfast was actually really good with lots of healthy options and grab and go items. Good place to stop and sleep on your way through for sure.

The location is excellent. The option of walking next door to eat is a deal breaker.
