Nice room, great breakfast.

Nice room, great breakfast.
-
Staff helpful, room clean and comfortable. Restaurants close by. Usual breakfast choices. We will stay there again next week.

I think the carpet was just cleaned. It was damp. The drapes need to be shortened in my room for the ac to work properly. Otherwise very nice.

Excellent Breakfast Buffet
-
No coffee cups at breakfast! No biscuits and gravy. Weak. Room was spacious and comfortable. Expensive for Hays, KS

All good, stay there frequently.

Clean and comfy room

I stayed here with my family on a road trip. It’s clean, quiet, and the rooms are big. It was nice that my teen sons, husband and I didn’t feel cramped. Staff were friendly and helpful. We would definitely stop over there again.

I would stay again.

Our room had a stand alone sink with no vanity - so no where to put your toiletries. The shower rod was damaged and sloped downwards so that the shower curtain would not stay closed. We stayed here before and it was fine - but this time the rooms seem to have gone down hill. We will not stay at this location again.

The room was very clean and so was the pool. We enjoyed a nice swim. The hotel was quiet, though a little shabby. I had to deduct points for the breakfast though. The room they serve it in was tiny and inadequate to the number of guests trying to use it. I selected a biscuit, gravy, a sausage, (powdered) scrambled eggs, and a breakfast pastry, I was hungry. The sausage gravy was cold, as if it was straight from a can and hadn’t been heated up. It was the worst tasting gravy I have ever had. It tasted like dog food smells. The best thing on the plate was the still-partially-frozen breakfast pastry. Overall, I’d stay somewhere else for the money. The Bissing House Bed and Breakfast in Hays makes crepes fresh to order and costs less, too.

There were a few holes in the carpet and the shower for the most part was clean

Pool was full of kids!!

Check-in went very smoothly. Clerk was polite & quite efficient. The room was very clean and the upholstered chair was great. Beds were comfortable. Bathroom clean. Location was great right off the interstate. I would have given a 10, but the breakfast was lacking. We passed & ate elsewhere. We stayed here twice however. Once going and then coming home after 10 days. Will select this again for another trip.

Clean friendly

Great sleep, enjoyed the breakfast.

It’s an ok hotel. Typical of a highway hotel. The breakfast was mediocre, not a lot to choose from.

The parking spaces are real narrow. Hard to get in and out of your vehicle with cars parked next to you.
