Feet were black on the bottom from how dirty the floors were. Beds were very uncomfortable.

Staff was friendly. The hotel was clean and comfortable. The pool hot tub looked a little green but other than that it was great!

It’s a great place to stay on the way to someplace else. But skip the in-house breakfast and go down the street to the Pheasant Run cafe. You will be happier. We were.

Wonderful place to stay. Very convenient off of Hwy 70. The staff were very nice. Breakfast was good. Would definitely book the hotel again.

I was heading back to Colorado with my family and it was a great place to relax and spend the night.

One of the checkin clerks was just excellent. She even cleaned my breakfast table off the next morning. I have been very pleased with the times I have stayed at a Best Western Plus. Mattress on the sofa bed was not great and, of course, you have to make it yourself. Otherwise, a good stay. Good hot breakfast options.

The desk attendant was not friendly, the room smelled and the air did not work well. The bed had a crater in the middle. It was a one night stay, but definitely not worth the cost.

For some reason we were given a handicap room that we didn't ask for and was not given a choice if we wanted it or not. Did NOT like the walk in shower as the water ran into the bathroom and the shower head was broken so you could NOT adjust the height of the shower head to higher for those not handicapped. It made showering very hard to do comfortably The staff should have given us a choice if we wanted that room or not. We would have said no if given the choice.
