The bedding had a stain, it didn’t seem super clean

For some reason we were given a handicap room that we didn't ask for and was not given a choice if we wanted it or not. Did NOT like the walk in shower as the water ran into the bathroom and the shower head was broken so you could NOT adjust the height of the shower head to higher for those not handicapped. It made showering very hard to do comfortably The staff should have given us a choice if we wanted that room or not. We would have said no if given the choice.

The hotel was dirty and the gym equipment and tv in the gym did not work.

Otherwise, hotel seemed dingy and in need of a thorough cleaning.

Easy access to I 70, comfortable bed, and quiet. I wish the breakfast was offered until 10 on week days, but it closes at 9. Weary travelers may not make it downstairs that fast! The front desk was quick and the check in went smoothly.

Bugs in the hotel rooms, food was disgusting. I don’t recommend.

Breakfast was great, the kids loved the waffles and the area was spacious to eat in. Our room was clean, the bed comfortable, my biggest concern was the pool bathroom door needs replaced. My child got stuck in there trying to get out. It looks rusted at the bottom from water. Staff were responsive to needs (asked for more pool towels and they brought them quickly) and they kindly let us check in a little earlier.

Had to stay in a pet friendly room as it was the only one left. To our surprise it was very clean. The only hint it was a pet friendly room was the hard floors instead of carpet. No smells and no issues. This is the second time we have stayed at this hotel and both were great experiences.

Clean, convenient, moderate price. I thought the receptionist could have been a litte more friendly. I felt she had an attitude and acted like she was doing us a favor.
