Days Inn by Wyndham Hays

Hotel is good. Road noise loud in the front side. Pool is not open and they don’t know if or when it will be. However, we went to the Hays Aquatic Center and it was fantastic. $5 and has lazy river, big pool with 2 diving boards, kids pool and splash area, concession, lots of chairs, 2 slides. Great day.

No shower curtain and plumbing looked corroded. No Kleenex in box. Tiny soap. No light in vanity area.

We liked its location while traveling on hwy 70. Hayes has a good vibe with LB brewery and its food. This Days Inn was clean, convienent and good

Staff was friendly and location is great. Not very clean. More run down then I had expected. The pool was closed. The TV in the room had no internet and when we told someone, they said they would come help but they never did. We had to watch whatever the channels are that were provided by the hotel.

Check in was smooth and the woman behind the desk was kind and even let us do a possible late checkout after getting into town at 3:30 am. Initially walking into the room, it seemed clean and well kept for an older looking property. Beds were comfortable. Parking was limited. There was a hole in the ceiling above the shower full of black mold and it looked like the room above us was about to collapse into our bathroom. We also found bugs in the bathroom.

Th room smelled and appeared to come from the a/c .

room was OK! AC didn't work, even turned all the way down & room was still hot. advertised they have a pool, incorrect. I stayed at this one just for that, and it's no longer in use. will never stay again!

Good location Dirty

The bed was comfortable! I have stayed there many times. It is really run down, compared to previous visits. The railings needed paint, the weeds were taking over sidewalks and in the front of the building, the room was dusty… Had to change rooms because the sink would not drain! The pool was not open. Nothing but coffee to drink for breakfast ( I don’t drink coffee!) Rather disappointing!

The location was easy access. The bathroom was little dirty,dead cockroaches.

Everything was good

There is a lot of green space so it's a good hotel if traveling with a dog. The rooms are in need of some updating, at least RM 102 is. Housekeeping needs to do a better job, especially in the bathroom. Around the base of the toilet was disgusting. The tv kept buffering regardless of the channel. No coffee maker in room. All I can say is, you get what you pay for. On a good note, the young man at the desk was incredibly nice and the restaurant right next door was great!

False advertisement! Stated only outdoor pool in area and the pool is out of order. Had streaming services on TV but couldn’t use them cause internet is so bad it won’t connect to the TVs. The room was dirty and cigarette holes I. The sheets.

Pool was down. Room was gross, filled with bugs and used towels. Air conditioner didn't work and fridge was broke and full of mold. Breakfast was less that okay.

The room was filthy with dead roaches everywhere. The refrigerator had fodd stuck to shelves. The microwave was dirty too. The tables had sticky substances on it. Gave us a room that looked like it had not been cleaned for a long time. We immediately left and can't get our money back. Disgusting experience.

They put it in a 1 queen bed room when I paid for a 2 queen bed. The gentleman basically refused to even try to accommodate me or give me any additional pillows or linen since we had to sleep on the floor. Same as above
