Good and great price

It was fine -- good reasonably priced room

Staff were very friendly. Lines were stained, property not well maintained. You could hear doors open and close from 5-6 rooms down the hall at all hours of the night. Shower head was so corroded with hard water that the water just trickled out. This is a two story property and they have no elevator, so plan to carry your luggage up the narrow stairs.

Quiet place to rest for the night

Staff were friendly but property is in poor shape. Hallways and stairwell were filthy. Room is dated and faucets rusty. Empty tissue box. Good size refrigerator. Only protein option for breakfast was sausage.

:o) hotel a bit off interstate, so it was quiet; clean, renovated room and bathroom; vinyl flooring in room in place of carpet; comfortable bed and pillows; breakfast was better than I anticipated (pancakes, eggs, breakfast sausage links, cereal, muffins, cinnamon rolls, instant oatmeal, fruit, yogurt, coffee, hot chocolate, juice); staff was friendly; would definitely stay again :o)

It was fine. Clean, safe, nice breakfast. I didn't use any amenities. I'd stay again. Nothing particularly notable as outstanding or bad.

The only negative aspect of this property was the bathroom fawcett, which needed to be replaced. Turning on the water created a loud grinding noise, which might even have disturbed the adjacent rooms.

Staff was so nice and helpful. Clean for what it is! Would def go back if needed to stay in Hays.

Recommend the place, especially with a pet. Also, Hays Dog Park is awesome.

Clean room. Out dated. Staffs were very nice and professional. Breakfast was very simple, wished they have more. Air conditioning was so loud in the room.

Air conditioning did not cool, we booked a king non smoking and was given double bed smoking room, tv did not work and they did nothing about it. When we talked to person at desk he said we would have to take it up with 3rd party handling our reservation. It was clean but had some fixtures rusted and dated stool didn’t work properly, I would not recommend staying there

Overall, the stay was good for the price. Check-in took a little longer since there was no one at the front desk for about 10 minutes. I called the number they said to call, no one answered on the first try, on the second try, they came. Not a huge deal, but after a long drive with young kids, it wasn't ideal. Other than that, though, the stay was fine! Breakfast was good, too.

The location was at the right distance from home to our destination. The place was dated....so am I. Too much rust! Not very eye-appealing. The bath tub area need lots of attention. The re-entry door wouldn't open with the key card. "Broken".

The breakfast was not worth the hype the other reviewers gave it, it was decent, nothing fantastic. The staff was friendly, and the cleaning lady was very nice and helpful

It was very clean and the beds were comfortable.

Good value for cost. Breakfast service was okay but a little below average compared to other facilities we have experienced. Good dining facilities within walking distance. Below average breakfast.

Location was good. It was right between an Arbys and a gas station. We patronized all 3 businesses. Towels were very thin.
