Don’t stay here. It was non refundable and I almost paid for another room to not stay here. Toilet didn’t work well. Tv was broken. Pool was gross. Chairs stained.
-
The property was very run down and my children did not feel safe here. We ended up having to find a new place to stay and they were unwilling to refund us our money.

Mediocre Television was not working. Agent said cable was broken but he hadn’t known about it until people started checking in. He then called cable company but of course it never got fixed.

Nice breakfast.

This was a terrible hotel. It is in a janky part of town next to a drive thru window. We got two rooms and the one had a terrible odor and the air conditioner was so loud when it would kick on, the counter was broken on the sink (that wouldn’t fit in the bathroom), and the light in the bathroom was super rusted. The light switches were on the outside of the bathroom. The beds were comfortable but I got bad vibes and constant worries about any critters. The other room had a huge stain on the ceiling, the fan was super loud, and the television was not working(5the outlets were broken). Both rooms smelled horrible. The pool area was so musty and green looking. It was an awful experience. I was looking at other hotels to stay. I was grossed out!! At breakfast, the food was old and stale. The milk for the hard cereal was expired. They offered us cans of pop on them. But, we just wanted milk for cereal. Overall, would not stay again!! I don’t know what others were saying in their reviews. WOULD NOT RECOMMEND!!

The rooms were comfortable and very clean. It was a great time for me and my sisters to get together. Thank you. The day was great! Maybe in the future you could get a new blow dryer

Tub was cracked. Parking was in back.

Bed was comfortable, but the floor needed vacuuming and the bathroom was not very clean.

Staff were all friendly and accommodating. Room was typical for the price. Decently clean, only issue was the shower curtain rod needs reattached fully so the shower curtain will stay closed. We stayed 2 nights. No one attempted to clean the room or bring fresh towels after the first night- so we definitely did not tip the cleaning staff. Breakfast was ok. Pool was like ice water and basically unusable.

The location was alright. Messy outside and inside. Mold growing in the bathtub.

Check in was easy, but room was dirty, unwashed sheets, hair found on bed. walls were thin and neighbors were up at all hours of the night.

Sheets were dirty and carpet was in terrible condition. Pretty sure there were boogers stuck to the walls. You could hear EVERYTHING. There was trash and food under the beds. Our sheets looked like they had blood stains on them so my husband went down to get more sheets and staff handed him sheets that were wadded up in a ball and stained. Room was dirty and my daughter found a dead spider in her bed and hair. Asked for a refund/discount and was told “we don’t do that here.” Probably should have checked the reviews on this one before I booked. We definitely could have stayed somewhere nicer for $100 or less. I learned my lesson. There is no quality at this quality inn. Take your money elsewhere. Thankful we didn’t find any other “bugs,” but I slept fully clothed on top of the bedding with my own blanket. It was a rough night.

Room was ok. TV channel was incorrect (NBC sports). Moldy showerhead.

Out dated loud and not the nicest place I’ve stayed for $100
