While looking for outlets I found chips and gross stuff behind the bedside stand. The hot tub was broken. Staff at desk were not welcoming...no smiles.

The staff is very helpful. Some of the lamps didn’t work in the room. The breakfast is satisfying. Parking is perfect.

We very much enjoyed our suite which was connected to the pool. The room was spacious and clean.

The motel is a bit dated. Could use some updating.

Our toilet broke twice and the woman at the front desk was unhelpful. It would have been avoided the second time if she had communicated properly. Sadly, she didn't seem to care and couldn't be bothered to take her noise canceling headphones off at at times either. The maintenance man and his wife who was head of housekeeping were nice and helpful.

We only stayed for one night. The jets in the whirlpool didn't work. The outside door to the building wouldn't open with your key card. The soda machine took our money, gave us change, but the bottle didn't come out. But we got refunded from the front desk and a bottle of water. Otherwise everything seemed fine. The bed was great, so that makes up for some of the other issues. The staff was really helpful and polite.

The only issue was the hot tub did not work which was the reason we chose this hotel. It did not look like it has been working for quite some time. There was standing water at the bottom. The pool also was cold (but a couple kids came in and they jumped Rightin the pool) Would recommend unless you wanted to use pool or hot tub

Clean room. Great water pressure. Breakfast had an excellent variety of items.

We didn't get to stay at hotel because of a mixed up with the numbers of rooms booked through Expedia. The staff was very helpful in working through this stressful situation.

Rooms needs an update carpet is holding a lot of odor. Room smells of cigarette smoke. Carpet was not vacuumed

This hotel was very quiet and spic-n-span clean. The reception staff was welcoming and helpful, particularly when I asked for recommendations for somewhere to eat. The staffer offered several recommendations, with great directions, along with menu options at each place. The location feels a bit abandoned and the hotel has seen better days. Those shortcomings are made up for by the cleanliness and quietness. I would definitely stay here again.
