Room was clean but definitely not accessible to anyone that uses a wheelchair. I had to turn a chair and pull out the table I order for my friend to eat. Handicap accessible showers should not be VIP in which we would have to pay more. That’s not acceptie.

The room was very clean. The bar was nice. Could have used more towels for the stay. Coffees were not refilled in the room. Breakfast was nice for a grab and go.

The desk clerk on the morning of October 4, 2025 was outside smoking cigarettes and would not help us to check out. She did tell us she was the fairy godmother desk clerk!! Whatever that means?? Breakfast area was not open and we had to be somewhere at 7:30 am so we had to go without breakfast which could definitely use improvements. There is no elevator or handicap assist doors everything is manual making it hard to come and go with carrying luggage in and out. The hotel prices should be less than what they are for what you getting. The bathroom in our room had hair all over everything and we were not sure it was even cleaned from the last guest.

Had a good overnight stay. I would prefer to see a non packaged continental breakfast, but they have a restaurant on site too, and plenty of options in town. Great location and easy to find. They could use a couple of coffee containers due to wedding parties.

The room was very cozy and clean. No elevator. We were on the second floor. Just took up what we needed. There was a restaurant nearby also. Very nice.

Nice hotel. We stayed for a family event in the ballroom. Easy check in. Mostly clean room - some hair in the shower. The room had a musty smell and felt muggy. Bathroom door stuck and made a loud noise every time opening. Otherwise nice room and amenities. Nice continental breakfast - nice variety. Would stay again.

Bathrooms need an update. No handle to grab getting out of bath tub. My husband fell and is now in pain. The mattress squeaked. We slept on opposite bed which was a little better. Breakfast needs something new. They need a waffle machine. People were complaining about the grab and go breakfast. You had to put pre packaged food in microwave. We would love to go back if they did the changes. It was not cheap to stay there. We stayed 3 nights in 4 rooms. It cost me $2400.00. Outside looks quanint and charming. Needs some tender loving care on inside. We never were offered to have our rooms cleaned. Staff was very friendly
