Super 8 by Wyndham Hayward WI

Hot tub was closed down. The lobby and hallways were hot. The shower curtain was falling down. No plug for the sink drain.

There was always someone on duty, which was nice. Breakfast was poor. It seemed as though the food had been reheated several days in a row, especially the sausages.

We stayed one night but when we entered the room we saw several things that needed attention. We had dried blood on our bed sheet, The hair dryer had exposed wires. The shower surround wall was cracked and the surround was not fixed professionally.

Clean. Non working hot tub. Not enough waffle maker

Advertise a hot tub and it wasn't working. Refused to give me a refund

The room had major abuse from the spot painting, exposed electrical outlets to broken baseboard heating. Bathroom stained toilet, sink and shower. Worst room I have ever stayed in. The only reason I stayed, the bed appeared to be clean and just rode 350 miles on my Harley. If anyone reviews this I would expect a refund and I do have pictures if someone would like to review.

We had a group with 4 rooms. The room inside hotel was decent. The 3 in the bungalows outside were awful, 1 smelled like piss and had no hot water, 1 tub leaked all night and noone came to fix it, 1 bed was dirty, all of them needed updated badly. Wasn't able to change rooms due to busy weekend. But if I have another option I will not choose this again.

The bed was very comfortable. The smell inside and outside of the Motel was horrific. A musty, moldy or some type of BAD smell. The air conditioner was way to noisy. The refrigerator froze everything no matter where you set the dial. I would not stay again or recommend.

I would like to believe this motel is simply under construction… however the photos in the reservation were a severe misrepresentation of our room. Holes in the walls, peeling paint on the ceiling, cracked or missing outlet covers, rusted light fixtures, moldy tub, cracked floor. It was simply bad…

Super friendly and accommodating staff. Great breakfast, clean facility. Room needs some major maintenance- radiators falling off the wall, sink leaks significantly, things like that.

Most air conditioners did not work. Towels were stained & dirty. Bathroom floor had dirt, hair around the edges.

Things were broken in the room and when I told the front desk, he said that he knew it. The deadbolt on the door did not work. At the continental breakfast, the hot food was not hot and there was no milk. the people that run the place were nice, but I paid a lot for mediocre place, I will not stay there again.

The Door jam had been broken into and was still broken. My bed was made once in 5 days. The floor was dirty and had not been sweep. Didn't remove the dirty towels from the bathroom. Only one trash can in the room and that was not in the bathroom.

My room floor was so dirty that if you walked barefoot your feet would turn black. The reservation included a 2 year old.

There was an issue with the air conditioning that requires attention several times and the maintenance person was kind of a little rude to me. The bathroom door was out of shape unable to close the door for privacy and while taking a shower the does not drain well and quickly and the water will rise up above my knees!

The guests above our room were stomping and hollering all night. Management was made aware of situation and said they would handle it but for the remainder of the night the noise just got louder. I noticed the manager stayed in a different building than the one we were in and didn’t have to deal with the noise.
