My experience was pleasant

Tennessee is a very nice area. The exterior of the hotel looked amazing The front desk Clark, charge me $30. Cash empty, checking early. There was a bad aroma going upstairs to my room smelled like marijuana. I am 61 years old, walk with a cane. I was given a 3rd floor room. The facility had an elevator. I go back to Tennessee. I will not be staying at this motel. Motel also had roaches.

The hotel was a good value for the price! The staff was friendly & helpful. Check-in & check-out was easy! Cleanliness of the rooms could be better (dusting & aroubd the edges)...it was not filthy but wasn't spotless either. Our bed linens were all clean! We didn't get many towels for a room with 4 people but could have gotten more if we asked. Our toilet kept not wanting to flush off & on, which was annoying but not too terrible. The pool was closed for the season, which was disappointing, especially since it is part inside & part outside. The ice machine only partly worked. The continental breakfast was pretty good. It was a good value for the price!

Ask for a second pillow, housekeeping seemed okay to bring but Manager replied NO MORE and then was snarky about only the ones in room are allowed.

Only clean area was the breakfast area. Disgusting. Rm Curtain ripped, sheet stained, dirty bathroom floor, shower curtain yuck. Bathroom fixtures old and crusty. Mold in bathroom. Chair was thread barren and stained. Bed sounded like it was broken when sat on it. I almost went to car to spend night.

It has a dedicated smoke area, even though I do not smoke. I think it’s a good idea for those who do smoke, they know where to go. The entryway from the main street is kind of hidden. I had to turn around in order to hit the spot other than that it was OK.

I was supposed to have a room with couch and all I had was a coffee table in the middle of the floor .

The hot breakfast had only waffles that could qualify as hot

Dirty rooms, mold in bathroom, smelled HORRID, staff was no help, microwave blew up on us. Would like a FULL REFUND. I wouldn't recommend this place to my worst enemy. Disgusting.

I didn’t like it at all. Dirty and stains on the box springs and sheets.
