Days Inn by Wyndham Nashville Airport

We asked for an extra pillow because 1 barely had any fluff in it. They said they can’t give out an extra because there are already 6 in the room. Some family members use multiples and half of the pillows were half the size of a normal sized pillow Why be so stingy? Does the location not have enough so they ration?

Hotel was easy accessible from the interstate. The property didn't look that inviting. The manager was nice. However the bathroom tile was moldy and smelled

The rooms was damped,the beds too.They do not give back your deposit if it's on a card.Will never go back there again.

The front desk staff was not professional at all. asking questions like you were lying, also when getting breakfast the agent was right behind you. I also reported that there were mold in the bathroom and the concern was not to care able. This is the worst hotel I stayed to and will never recommend it to friends.

The jacuzzi cub did not work

Location There was a $2.00 up charge from our confirmed booking confirmation. It was listed as an add-on of two dollars.. the attendance said we always have that charge which is not true because I stayed there two weeks before and there was no two dollar add-on to our confirmed price.

I had pay at property option. Some guy called me about 5 hours before my arrival and ask to go ahead and charge my card. Super sketchy. I refused. The bathroom ceiling was super cracked. There was black marks in the tub and the silver metallic coating on the sick faucet was flaked all over. Smoking gazebo needs moved away from the front stairs.

Not much. Ugh, this place is pretty messy! They really need to give it a thorough clean.

Nice pool Clean quiet room. Will be back.

The first room I stayed was in bad shape, the second had a ceiling leak but my third was perfect. Does need more outlets for plugging in things.

Clean Breakfast

So the breakfast is very poor. There was milk, cinnamon flavors of oatmeal packets, mini lemon poppyseed muffins, toast, coffee and stale cereal. Then there is the towel situation. There were 4 people in our party. We enter our room to only 3 towels. Went to the front desk and they acted like the towel was coming out of their pay check and stated we needed to ask house keeping for towels which to my knowledge weren't even there at that time of night. In the morning even though we hung our towels, house keeping took the 4 towels and replaced with 3 when we asked at the front desk they told us it was policy to only give 3 towels. They then gave us another hard time about a towel. In the morning we thought we would use the pool at 7 since we were down getting coffee anyways asked for a pool towel. We were told the pool doesn't open till 8 so we had to come back at 8 and ask for towels. Not sure what there problem was but customer service appeared lacking. Overall it was a fine place to sleep if you only need bare bones near the airport

Cable tv didn’t work shower was dirty

When booking, the site said that it had infant cribs when the facility had none which was a huge inconvenience to the family.

Cheap compared to other hotels close by. Very clean for a 2 star hotel. Easy check in and check out. I like the $100 cash deposit and return when I leave. Still waiting for my money to be returned for that at 2 other near by hotels. Parking spaces are tight and could probably use more.

The best for somewhat comfortable The rooms humid, smelled horrible.. It felt like everything was damp. Our towels felted damp. The microwave was filthy. One bed has pee stains. The pool was dirty.
