Sleep Inn Nashville near Percy Priest Lake

I really expect. Def not the nicest or the worst I’ve stayed at. Room seemed clean enough. AC was less then desirable, seems like you really couldn’t turn it up to were you wanted to but I made it work. Checked in at 9pm and out at 5am so didnt stay long enough to really give a full on review.

Plumbing in yge shower needs fixed the pool needs cleaned out we found a bunch of trash floating in it! Gross!

I was placed at the end of the hall near an exterior exit. All night long people were coming in and out and every time the door closed it sounded like the door in my room was slamming shut. The air conditioner smelled musty.

Breakfast is Okay. Some of the staffs are helpful. Elevator stopped working on next day of my arrival. With injuries in my leg I had to up and down by stairs. Rugs are old and smelly. Even my room was also stinking if it was remaining closed and someone is opening after sometime.

All carpets must be changed. It’s advertised as 4 star hotel, actually is more like 1 star from what we have seen.

Very badly customer service

I only wish the elevator was working at the time and they had paid a bit more attention to the breakfast area in the mornings from 6 to 9 often you’d go in there and some guests would take everything rude smh and then there d be some that didn’t have a variety sometimes nothing in there left at all.

Security doors not working, access to the building was supplied by a rock blocking the lock. Staff not present or readily available for check out or check in. Guests wandered around looking for staff. Non English speaking front desk staff.

Just find a different hotel, not worth it here

None gym equipment was working. The screen on my window was broken. The locked door to the building was propped open with a rock all night. Very unsafe. Cracks in the tub and walls. Only one temperature in the shower and it was too hot. TV was tward the door area and it was different shades on the screen.

An entire 7 days passed and no refund. I called to inquire as to why i had not received it and the one person who works in the guest office said he had to speak with his manager about it. I called various times after that and the same answer. On one of the calls the guest service person whom was a male said that my deposit was not refunded due to cigarette smoke left in the room. I explained that the reason i got a nonsmoking was obvious, I dont smoke. i was put on hold then when the agent came back he said he didnt know why i wasn't refunded my deposit, so now he told me two different reasons. I called again this week for the last time and the same thing, the agent had to speak to the manager to see what the issue was. Finally the issue was not resolved. I do not recommend this hotel, as i did not get back my 75 dollar deposit for no reason at all. I do not smoke, nor drink and the hotel room was left normal as i have left many others before, with undone beds and some trash and dirty towels, nothing out of the norm. I stayed for 3 days of which they never came in to clean and bring us clean towels or replace the toiletries, and the toilet was loose and wobbly, if anything the hotel should have given me a discount for all this.

Our issue is with the breakfast room. There was not an attendant so counters were messy and supplies and food were not kept replenished. It appeared the desk person was also responsible for the breakfast room. The juice was not good and pancake batter not mixed well or old.

The front desk attendant stunk up the whole front lobby and the rooms felt and looked dirty

Rooms are not very clean, the chair in the room was so stained and filthy. We moved the chair and you can tell that they don’t move it when cleaning the room. When taking a shower we had to hold the drain toggle down so it wouldn’t fill the bath tub. The only nice thing I can say is that the staff was nice and water pressure was good.

The rooms were dirty, the power went out for hours, the breakfast was a joke, had to go to the front desk everyday to be let in my room because the key only worked one day at a time.. never again

It was clean I didn’t feel safe

The first room we were assigned had bot been cleaned. The second had only 1 working outlet and it was nowhere close to the mirrors. The staff were kinda rude. Went to ask for ice and they acted like they never heard of ice. The elevator needs maintenance acted like it was gonna be stuck everything we got on it. It said it was in a good neighborhood but it is not
