Lotus Inn and Suites

Check in was easy as the reservation was done and paid for in advance for a single night. Location was great as it is 1 mile from the airport. However the room reeked of tabaco despite being a non-smoking room. The towels were stained and discolored which gave an appearance of being rags. The bathroom did not have a trash can. Two soaps were Included as toiletries. The pillows were disgustingly yellow and smelly. Overall this room was a hot mess. I do not recommend at all.

The pictures of the hotels app did not look like the what my room looked like it was dirty. The room door itself looked as if it didn’t close all the way I didn’t feel safe. The bathroom was gross and pretty sure the sheets weren’t clean just overall disgusting.

The property was disgusting and I had to change rooms as did a couple of other people checking in. Mold on lamps and first room had not been cleaned. Seats were old and stained and air con unit was not managed and all of them were leaking throughout the property. Bed was linen was okay and only stayed because of that and I had already pre paid and did not have time to argue! Staff were not helpful and 45 minutes before checkout - they entered the room without confirming if I had left which is an easily avoided and unacceptable behaviour. Would not recommend anyone staying there

You get what you can afford. It was pretty bad. Photos of facilities were very misleading. Thought i was getting a decent deal but you just have to power through a bad booking like this place.

The rooms are in need of repair, mold remediation, and I can’t help but to wonder how it’s legal to operate.

Everything Nothing

I barely liked any of it. The room wasn't very well kept up. Pretty much everything.

Nothing property was nasty mold and roaches falling Roaches and mold

I like the price is very cheap and location is near the lake, gas stations groceries stores and food. I fid not like that there is not do not disturb signs to show housekeeping that you trying to rest or did not want to b bothered. Its old. No ice. Internet buffs frequently. Holds in the walls. U pay for what u get for sure.

What I did not see was bugs, roaches, ants, flys, etc. If you want somewhere to "duck off", this may be your place, but it is not a place you would want to come if cleanliness, amenities, staff/service, or quality is important to you.

The hotel was digusting. The front desk guy kicked me out of the office while I waited for my reservation to clear. There was a homeless guy living under the back stairs, the toilet seat was too big for the toilet bowl, there was no shampoo, the front curtains wouldn’t close, the hotel smelled like body odor. Instead of the front desk clerk surfing the net on his phone, he should have been fixing things around the property. Stay anywhere else. It was a horrible experience for me.

Mold everywhere stains on all the bedrolls and couches.

Priced cheap Pretty much the whole thing it was not real clean the room was falling apart the ice machines didn't work the people were smart asses the shower barely worked and it would shoot hot water for a second and then go cold and then hot and then cold you could not get it to stay

Disgusting ‼️ please dont waste your time or money the pictures are very deceiving . Hotel manager wouldn’t answer my calls about refund swore the refunded a virtual dedit card , LIES ‼️ I didnt like anything , i didnt even stay there i left immediately .

NOTHING There was blood all over the sheets on the bed. The other sheets had cigarette burn holes in it

Room was clean, air conditioning worked, parking was fair

The all around stay was amazing

The room was not smoking but still had a smoke smell, the coach had cigarette burns, no big towels only hand towels

Literally the only thing it’s got going for it is the bright exterior lights. Probably everything other than the outside lights.
