Comfort Suites Nashville near Percy Priest Lake

Our room at the Comfort Suites was nicer than some others that we’ve stayed in. The room was clean, quiet, and updated. The shower was good and didn’t clog like our previous room did. The amenities were great. The staff was nice and helpful. The location was convenient with a Cracker Barrel a mere 5-minute walk from the property.

Though the room was a bit outdated and run down, it served its purpose and the staff was nice.

Curtains wouldn’t close to block bright light outside of window. Housekeeping did not bring any towels throughout my stay. Shower curtain did not block water from getting on bathroom floor.

The staff was friendly and our hotel room was cleaned.

The distance from all of the places i needed to visit wasn't bad. When checking in i was given a room that wasn't clean so i had to wait a additional 15 to 20 mins to get a new room. The curtains in the room wouldn't close so the light from the parking lot didn't make the situation any better.Also the following day late in the evening we had to call room service to come and clean the room when they had the entire day to do their job.

ABSOLUTELY NOTHING. HAD BED BUGS AND IS NOT GIVING A REFUND HAD BEDBUGS

The room was dirty. There was hair everywhere! The bathroom also had mold.

Everything clean and organized. Helpful staff and overall a good stay

My only complaints were the bed was too hard and bathroom door would not lock. Everything else was great.

Good location 20min into Nashville County Car Park and 12 min back from Grand Ole Oprey!

I must say the breakfast was amazing everyday they had a different type of meat which I love because we never got tired of what was serve different taste and experience everyday not like some other hotels that serve hunny bun and sunny delight juice I say its breakfast and literally its a snack

The staff was super friendly. The people smoking weed two doors down, the broken blow dryer, hearing the neighbors tv all night, dirty curtains and lamp shades, people running in the hallway most the night, and musty smell in the room.

First the people were nice. But, we were assigned the same room as another guest. I travel 6 months out of the year and never walked in on another guest. He was using the restroom. Could have been a bad situation. Nice desk clerk but made light of it and actually laughed and imitated a man with his junk hanging out. Really inappropriate! We had until 6:20 to leave breakfast was never ready.

Staff was very nice and over top nice.

The staff was very friendly. Parking was easy. The rooms were clean.

Staff was perfectly accomodating

The check in process was a little rocky as it was 5:30pm and check in starts at 2pm and they were telling us a room wasn’t ready. Our room was clean however there was a chunk of amour shower missing and our sink was cracked. Our blinds to the window were broken so light was constantly shining in. The breakfast was really and good and the place had fast highway access.
