Breakfast is trash

The entire hotel smelled like raid the roach spray plus my rooms fire alarm kept beeping all day and night when I told the front desk about the problem they told me to remove the battery. Really never again!

The hotel is very nice....

I love the sofa in the room, which is very spacious. Did not bring another TV until we returned for the day.

I had a 2 night stay, extended to a 3 night stay and will be back again.

Nice comfortable rooms near Nashville Shores. They had a nice continental breakfast. Biscuits n gravy and home potatoes most Comfort Inns don’t do additional things like that. It was nice.

The indoor pool area was clean. The weight room is small but gets the job done. The breakfast area features hot food as well as continental style pastries. There is a 24 hour coffee, tea, and cocoa area. The rooms have a seating area, fridges and microwaves. It’s 10 ten minutes from Nashville Shores using the expressway or taking the street route. They were helpful extending my 2 night into a 3 night stay.

The staff were moderately nice. Charged an additional $80 more than expected at check in. Fees that were not advertised or disclosed initially. Sheets had stains and room was no really that clean. Although I booked a king suite with pull out, no additional blankets or bedding was provided for the pull out. Was told, they were out. Said no extra towels were available when requested. Elevator shook and jerked aggressively like it was about to break down. Had to park at hotel next door due to no open spaces where we paid to be.

I love this location, the prices and convenience to where I need to go.

The hotel is outdated, the room was very damp and smelled like mildew. The couch and desk chair needed a good cleaning. There was hair in various spots in the bathroom and smudges on the walls both in the bathroom and various parts of the room. We had no hot water for showering on night 2 and the water in the pool was very cold but advertised as a heated pool. We did not partake in the breakfast. The hotel was quiet, not the best neighborhood but generally safe.

The stay was very good will stay there again shower just had a little mold in it
