It was updated and the price was great They didn’t have the bare minimum. There were no iron boards, we didn’t even have hand soap. Also, they didn’t have a crib or even cots for us to use.

By the time check out rolled around we are ready to go at 7:00 a.m. and no one was in the office. We waited around for 20 minutes before somebody showed up. Needless to say, we won't be staying there ever again. Perhaps not even ever going to this chain again.

If you are planning on staying here after a day of traveling, you should avoid booking here. They do not have any late night check-ins, so if your flight is delayed you are on your own. You have to schedule ahead with them if you need to check in after 8 PM. Their phone number goes to a corporate service and not their front desk, so you cannot easily make arrangements.

Went downhill in the year since staying before

Everything was very clean. The people are very nice. The only issue is the vending machine. It was empty.

Staff was very helpful and you can’t beat the price. Walking distance from food and shopping

Not one to leave a review but needs to be said. Understaffed, unclean, smelly and frustrating, would have walked out if I had a choice!

Only had to stay for a 6 hour sleep as I landed late and thank god for that, place smells , hallways muggy and stink , garbage cans on site overflowing with beer and food, room had dog food under bed and chair, had pubes in my beer looked like some pissed on my pillows.
