Woodspring Suites Hermitage - Nashville Airport

The kitchenette came with not a single plate utensil or pot. It didn't even have a coffee maker. The bed was taller than normal and I needed a stool to get up onto it after hip surgery. Sometimes staff was there and sometimes it was not staffed. The staff that were there were all very helpful but the management of the property is poor and people gather in the parking lot at different areas to smoke pot

When I walked in to check in, I immediately picked up the scent of marijuana in the lobby. I wasn't for sure where it was coming from because no one else was in there but the smell was very distinct. The lobby was also covered in pride flags and pride event information. I wasn't real sure what I was walking into. The room was fine until about the 3rd day when we discovered roaches. They were on the wall, floor, and bathroom and I think we were still getting rid of them up until we left. Finally, we were charged a $200 deposit fee and only received $140 in return. I never was given a reason as to why I was charged an additional $60. We did not break anything or smoke in the room. Needless to say, we left very disappointed.

Bed was very uncomfortable. It was very, very low to the ground. The hallways and elevator always smelled like hot dryers. I asked for more towels and was always told they would bring them to room. They never did. Half of the time there was no one at front desk. TV didn't work when I checked in. I went to lobby and manager said he would come to room to fix it. Waited an hour then went back again. He then came to room and fixed it. I have to say..if I ever go to area again, I would not stay there.

Trash everywhere, smelled like weed, ac didn’t work, floor was sticky.

The staff were very friendly and welcoming! One of the rooms didn’t have air, but we told the owner and he moved us to a different room immediately! So sweet of him.

It had a kitchen area and storage space. They left a new staff member at the front desk with little to no help. Check in took 30 minutes. There was fighting outside our door at 6 in the morning that lasted for 30 minutes. An employee was driving behind us when we were arriving, zoomed up behind us, laid on their horn, and passed us going extremely fast. It smelled like weed.

It was close to Nashville Shores Was not clean and staff not available for over half the stay.

This hotel was terrible from the start check in was terrible lady at the front desk very smart talking to guest ...later that night coming back she was rude and cursed guest told us she needed to rest and go to sleep bc it was 2:30 in the morning. I told her she chose this job and she yelled until the GM came up . He was very nice but the room was terrible dirty linen dirty towels and the air didn't work in the room. GM told me the next morning the police was called on her and she threatened his life . It was terrible

The hotel room was good but when i arrived the general manager was having a party in the small lobby with friends , karaoke, drinking and vaping , they were polite and helpful but this is not okay at a hotel , this is a business and we would expect way better . I contacted hotels.com and a supervisor was to call me back hours ago but that didn't happen either !!!!

Got over charged. Staff was rude. GM was nonreponsive to my requests about charges and then acted like I did something wrong by being frustrated with him. Never stay there again.

No one at the desk for check-in at 8p. No one at the desk in the morning. Room appeared clean until I lifted the mattress. Disgusting.

Nothing! We ended up having to canceled both rooms and getting a different hotel! This hotel was absolutely filthy! They claimed they needed us to wait 1 hour because they were doing a deep clean! We ended up waiting 1 hour and 35 mins all to still find a dirty room! As I waited there were 3 different guest who came to the front desk to complain about the room being dirty. This hotel violates health safety! They should be shut down or get new management/staff.

Over all nice quite stay, rooms are clean.. just keep in mind that the front office closes very early they dont have a 24 hour office.
