Woodspring Suites Hermitage - Nashville Airport

Extremely frustrating experience. We arrived around 10:30 PM with a confirmed reservation. The first room we were given had a dead battery in the door lock, so we could not enter. The front desk employee attempted to fix the lock but did not have the proper tools. We were then given a second room, but that door displayed an error code and also would not unlock. The hotel was fully booked, so there were no other rooms available. We were ultimately unable to get into a room at all and had to leave and pay for another hotel. The front desk employee told us she would document the situation in our reservation notes and that Expedia would approve the cancellation and refund. We immediately contacted Expedia, but the property is now denying the refund and claiming there were no issues with the original room. We paid for a room we were unable to use and had to pay for another hotel because the property could not provide us with an accessible room. The way this situation has been handled afterward has been extremely disappointing.

Staff was very friendly and helpful! Great price, definitely got what we paid for. Stained sheets and shower, floor felt sticky, very humid.

Waited an hour in the lobby before I was checked in and the entire third floor smelled like dog shit.

Its called Suite. But none at all. No hair dryer, no cups, silverwares, no shampoo, no nothing. They should call themself. Econo-basic nothing Suite.

Amazing staff and convenient property… cheap!!!

No top sheet, just a blanket. Given one towel and two washcloths- one washcloth looked like someone just washed their makeup off. When we asked for a towel they said they were low and gave us an additional wash cloth. No coffee pot, ice bucket in the room. A kitchenette but no silverware, no disposable utensils for guest according to staff which is horrible since our door dash failed to include silverware. Smelt like weed. Parking lot was a hang out for a lot of people. Literally like hanging out in the parking lot in foldout chairs around vehicles, some blocking handicap spaces. Loud music in the lobby, floors not vacuumed, lobby table dirty. Pets allowed- twice guests let their dogs jump on me. Front desk worker at one point knocked quickly on our door and carded in before I had a chance to get to the door. I still don’t know why she came in- she seen me said oh and walked out. I do not recommend this place at all.

Staff was great. Room was okay but they didn’t clean under the couch, in the cushions, the walls still had balloons from a previous guest and the staff forgot to put trash bins in the room.

Solid no frills hotel at a great price! Rooms are nice, clean, and spacious. Really friendly and accomodating staff and super convenient to airport. I will be staying again.

The manager was very polite The facility wasn't clean, people letting there dogs piss everywhere, roaches in the room no Tv service from the time I got there until the time I left reported it but no one came to fix it.

The front desk staff was generally friendly and cooperative. Bathroom: hairs in shower wall/tub; dark, crusty matter on the toilet seat; bugs on the floor; dirty/previously used washcloth; no soap or cup on sink. Kitchen: Freezer contains leftover food, with dark goop on the freezer wall and floor; refrigerator unclean; floor covered with debris and crumbs; sink unwashed; large hole in the wall where the entry door smashed the door stopper. Bedroom: mattress approx. 4-5 inches off the floor, lumpy, noisy mattress; pillows unsupportive and brown from age; sheets stained; comforter dirty and stained; rooms have thin walls and ceilings (voices, TV, footsteps nearly nonstop). Apparently junk or abandoned cars in the parking lot. Crowds of people hang outside the entrance and in the parking lot, smoking, eating, and drinking, using chairs from the lobby to congregate outside. Toddlers and children running, screaming, and playing on the sidewalk at the front door and through the hallways late at night. Apparently, this hotel is a residential alternative.

However, if cleaned, the room would have been top notch, modern and sleek. Staff were friendly and took care of the room when requested. It was six minutes to the airport and close to restaurants and bars. Overall, I would stay again.
